For the 350 stove I have found the…
For the 350 stove I have found the baffle plates to be of poor quality and need to be replaced every three to four years. The back plate is very poorly designed and cracks where the logo is attached. Some other parts are very well designed and of a high quality

Absolutely love our Esse cooker
Absolutely love our Esse cooker. It not only looks lovely in-situ, it cooks in complete silence (unlike our previous fan oven) and the food that comes out definitely tastes better.
We bought direct as we live nearby and there was no hard sell, just a great demo/explanation of the various cookers and why they are so good.
Installation was quick and reasonably straightforward given they use a robot to carry it into the house (including up and down the various steps) which was impressive.

Great service
I easily found the spares I wanted on the web site. When refurbishing my stove, I discovered that I did not need one item as the original was still in very good condition. I then contacted Esse who were happy to accept the item to be returned for a refund. Great company and great products.
