Bought a long tail electric cargo bike for transporting children etc, using cycle to work scheme via The Cycle Company based in Winchester as they had the shortest lead time. Exemplary customer service from both. Estarli customer service have been very helpful with a few min for issues we had with the family cage and have sent replacement parts free of charge even though we didn’t buy the bike direct from them. Excellent response time and very helpful customer service. Bike has been a complete gamechanger. Super happy with it! Wish I had known that you don’t need a key to start it, just from a security perspective as you can’t really leave it unattended even for a moment! Otherwise perfect. Kids love it.

The 28.9 is a fantastic product and I am delighted with it. Estarli made me work quite hard to buy it, I test rode one which broke down, and then no one followed up with me to explain why, or ask me to place an order. I did place an order, based mainly on the press reviews, and I have not been disappointed. When the bike arrived the packaging was falling apart and I was initially worried about damage but all was fine
Every interaction with someone from Estarli has been very pleasant but it seems their systems let them down

Overall I am very pleased both with Estarli. My only concern was my perception of not being advised of progress with my order. That said the order was completed and I am happy with the product as ordered.

After a two week delay I received my 28.9 pro last week. Estarli politely apologised for the delay and compensated me with an upgraded saddle. Having already done three 25 mile plus rides I’m very impressed! Lovely well made and comfortable bike. With 5 power modes available I’ve mainly used level 1 and a short burst of level 2. Looks like I should comfortably get 50 plus miles from a single charge. Thoroughly recommend!

Service was good and quick. I collected the part. However the stand is longer than my original . Must have had a redesign so the bike has now a tendency to fall over away from the stand

Good little bag with some neat features but feel it is overpriced for what it id. I only got it because it matched the bike I purchased for my wife, but I think an aftermarket bag would have serverved the same purpose, with similar features and quality but would have been cheaper.

Unfortunately 4 stars because the item I purchased from the website wasn't actually in stock. Ideally the website should only be showing items I can actually buy. Nice to be able to speak to people on the phone and via email when there was an issue, and I received a different size of my item in the end with fast delivery.

Unboxing, unfolding and set up of the ebike was easy. The finish, colour and the complete look of the bike is excellent. Mini toolkit for key fob was an extra bonus. Tempted to get the e28.9 as well.

I have an original Estarli 28 (I think). It’s amazing bike. The bike rack is solid and estarli panniers are perfect. Not expensive for what you get. Love that it is a British 🇬🇧 company.

Ordered a spare charger to keep at work. After 6 weeks no sign of it, chased to be told needed frame number and other details “to protect our customers from theft”. No mention of this when ordering or any request from estarli until I chased them. After I provided this was promised the charger would be sent as priority but in fact took another 2 weeks and 4 chasing emails. The bike is great but this was abysmal.

The locks are of excellent quality if a bit on the heavy side when you wear them around the waste, and arrived in good time.

I odered a refurbished Estarli 20.7 around a year ago through a certified distributor. The bike is excellent to ride, strong and sturdy and the orange model is a stunner.

Where a couple stars are missing is the quality control of the smaller parts of the bike and the accessories on offer. The magnet connecting the bike is pretty useless, it cannot be trusted to hold the bike together. I have since purchased a velcro strap through Amazon for a tenner, which does a much better job of keeping the bike folded. I wish they skipped the weak magnets and included something like this instead.

Additionally, I ordered a new pannier bag from Estarli with my refurbished bike. This broke within 2 months and they quickly sent me a replacement, however this again broke within a few weeks. I am sure they would replace it but I don't want a third bag which would likely break. So I will opt to replace it with a bag from a different manufacturer.

Aside from that, the charger has recently died and I am awaiting a free replacement.

All in all I am happy with the experience of riding the bike and the customer service has been phenomenal, I just wish a little more quality control went into the magnets, the bags and the battery.

Terrible service.
Ordered charger months ago didn't come, ordered again and for more than 3 WEEKS didn't here from them...sent email, they said: "oh will be dispatch it tomorrow".. Turns out their solutions even worse.
