Bike is great, though I did have issues with the seat post moving but the bike was shipped back, fixed and returned to me in full working order. Ive still given 5 stars as I think this is a great product for the price in this market. We all know there can be issues, and its great that this company are prepared to sort them out. As Harry said to me when we talked about the issue, they would do anything to get the issue resolved and get me back on the road. Exactly the sort of attitude you need.
I'd buy again for sure.

I've had an estarli electric bike three months or so and initially was very happy. It is comfortable, not too heavy considering it's electric.
It went back to Bikeshed Out of Town branch where we bought it as the electrics stopped working. Bikeshed said it was the brakes which are controlled by the electrics and the initial cable was faulty. After waiting for two weeks for the cable to arrive, they took one from another, new bike they had in the shop.

I assumed this had fixed the problem but when I rode it again today it cut out and I had to walk. I have tried to ring the out of town branch today but got no reply and as I've always had good service from Exeter, I'm taking it back there tomorrow

They replied very quickly and answered all of our queries.
The person we dealt with was Julia really helpful felt that whatever we asked her wasn't to much trouble to reply.

We have had our Estarli Longtail for a week and we really love it. It has already opened up new places to explore for our young family, and every journey has been fun - even in the rain. Wish we'd got one sooner!

We had a couple of problems with the bike & we ended up returning it to be fixed. When it was sent back to us the problems had not been fixed (not happy). I rang to get a refund & Ben rang me back who apologised & assured me this was not normal & he asked us to return the bike again & give them another chase, within a week all was sorted. We are now pleased we stuck with the bike because we like it so much we are going to get another one.

Upgraded review after having my bike returned and estarli putting themselves out to rectify probs,and we'll done Harry for all your help.

Waited nearly six weeks for my bike to arrive but was not updated on the situation
The bike looks marvellous but no hard copy instruction manual. Being of a manual disposition arranging an e instruction is DIFFICULT!

My Estarli e-28X is everything one could hope for in an e-bike.
My only grumble is with Fed-Ex, the delivery company, who did not deliver on the day they said they would.

Bought bike, an e28.9, from the estarli stand at NEC Motorhome show.
Staff at show were very helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions.
Bike arrived by courier the following week. Looks great and my wife really enjoyed her first ride on it. 15 miles with a few hills, bike worked a treat.

Fantastic bike, great value for money and helpful customer support when I've needed it.

If you actually like riding bikes then this is not for you. Being a long term rider of all kinds of bikes I have not been one to shy away from the opportunity to embrace the change to electric. However this was a mistake... This bike is so poorly made that they argued with me that riding less than 100km was a lot of distance to put on the bike. I didn't feel as though this bike was safe, it didn't last one week of my usual commute. The brakes were weak, tires are not puncture resistant, and it sounds silly but the colour of the bike got stained from dirt straight away. The customer service for this company is a joke, trying to put the blame on customers and taking no accountability. Which is a real shame for such a young company to be taking such a poor outlook on how to grow a good customer base.

Don't buy this bike, I would implore you to get something better(which wouldn't be hard). A vintage bike would be more reliable than this, or a better British branded folding bike that has got it right for years.

Estarli was easy to deal with, very friendly and gave prompt responses.
