My return was received but no credit has been issued. They are also not responding to my emails which includes the tracking info that they received my return.
I ordered from a “christian” company? Maybe not!

I placed my order on 12/15/24 received first update on 12/16 & second on 12/17. My order was delivered on 12/22. Two short sleeved tshirts & one sweatshirt were all as described and made awesome Christmas gifts. Will definitely order again in the near future. Keep up the wonderful work. ☆☆☆☆☆ God Bless

SCAM SITE BEWARE

Over a month now since this company took my money and I still don’t have the product. They kept saying they were behind from Christmas, which is just a cop out. I was promised a cancel and refund 2 weeks ago and still no money or refund. I just wanted what I purchased, but they can’t even do that.

Extremely incompetent customer service

I get their boxes once a month and always look forward to them. I have never had any complaints on my shirts. I did move and change my address and they didn’t update my address change which made my package lost in the mail. It did take me a few times reaching out to them but they gave me a refund. That is the only minor inconvenience I’ve had. They sent me a long sleeve T-shirt last time. I usually never order those but I have to say I LOVED it. It was one of my favorites. I also enjoy the book and sticker that is in every box too.

The problem I have with them is that I don’t really like the classic t-shirt. I much prefer a v-neck or scoop neck, which I have suggested to them but they don’t care. If their mentality is one style fits all I choose to disagree.

I was worried after placing my order and then reading all of the negative reviews. However, I placed my order on 11/9 and received delivery two weeks later. Both T-shirts I ordered are cute, comfortable and soft. They seem to be good quality so far. I’m very happy with my initial experience.

I ordered 2 tshirts on 10/15/24, and on 10/25/24 rec’d text stating order delivered, however no item was delivered. No phone # for this co. So I sent several emails stating I needed these items delivered by 11/3 for my son birthday. Rec’d email stating it’s taking 10-15 days to ship with no explanations as to why. I asked if they could deliver by 11/3, no response.
I advised if the order could not be delivered by 11/3, to please cancel order and issue a full refund.
11/1 rec’d email stating order cancelled per my request, nothing about a refund.or no explanation about why it was taking so long to ship.
I don’t wish to go legal with this co, but if my money is not refunded in 5 days, will report as fraud, and seek legal.

Placed an order 04OCT that I needed by 30OCT. Today is 29OCT and there's still no update on when it will ship. This has happened before when I've ordered and it's sad because I like their items but other vendors ship things out a lot faster.

I ordered based off of a Facebook ad my wife forwarded me as a gift she’d like some time. Three weeks go by and no response other than the order confirmation. I emailed after two weeks and got no response. I emailed again at three weeks saying I needed an update or I was going to cancel my order and report them. Within 15 minutes they cancelled my order with no explaination. I wasn’t expecting next day delivery, but three weeks and then they cancel my order instead of giving me the update I requested is ridiculous.

So excited! I got my order today ... I was feeling anxious because I did not get an order confirmation and had seen some not so favorable comments, but everything was in my order as expected and even a sweet little handwritten thank you note from Macy. Love my shirts, order arrived within 2 weeks.

Update: I just discovered that the reason I didn't receive confirmation and tracking is because I had the wrong email address on Shop pay. Oh my. Just placed a 2nd order and look forward to receiving it! raising my rating all the way up to 5 stars now!

I don’t understand how this place is in business. My order took weeks with no estimated delivery date and when it finally showed up one shirt had a hole in the front and the other had a stain. There’s no return/refund option, no phone number to call, and the so called live chat feature never gets a reply. This is an absolute joke of a business. The shirts look cute online but junk in person and way oversized.

I gave two stars just to be nice. I ordered one of the boxes a few days later I choose to cancel I emailed because they don’t have a number. But I was changed $35.80 anyway and I have tried to reach them about a refund but no one has contacted me yet!!! You guys NEED to have a number.

I ordered a t-shirt and it came with a free t-shirt. I stupidly assumed that the free shirt would be my size. I went through numerous emails with this company after receiving a shirt that was my size and the FREE shirt that was way too small. They had no interest in sending me one that I could actually wear. Total scam. And their customer service was awful.

I placed an order for multiple t-shirts on or around May 10, 2024. I never received an order confirmation, nor have I received my order one month later. Communications with them have been through email only, and they are very poor at responding to any inquiries. This company has the worst customer service! I have suggested that they warn customers prior to check out that their complete order may be delayed (for a month or longer) if they do not have sufficient stock on hand of even 1 item, and then give the customer the option to cancel the order or patiently wait for their order while their credit card immediately gets charged. (Even Amazon doesn't charge my credit card until my order is confirmed as "shipped." Avoid this company at all costs... or expect to treated poorly with very little communication while they charge your credit card and you have no merchandise. A truly disappointing company.

I think this is a scam company. Using the “Christian family” fake photos, etc. Never got my purchase and had to ask my credit card company to intervene.

Well we signed up for the monthly boxes, one for me and one for my husband. Everything was great and as promised for the first two months…now we haven’t gotten the last two months and have sent 4 emails with NO response. I’ve searched and found there are a lot of people saying the exact thing has now happened to them…either with their boxes or just orders they have placed. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and extend grace but it sure is looking like they went under and aren’t bothering to make things right. We have disputed the last two months charges with our credit card company. Beware, it’s appears eternallightco.com is not reputable!!

Put in an order and after 26 days still no order. I have sent several emails asking for an update and still no response. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Did not fulfill purchase. It's been 3 weeks since I've order and I never received a tracking number, nor a reply to any emails inquire, nor an expected delivery date. Just spare your time, money and frustration.

I placed an order on March 23. I sent an email to customer service on the 4/8 because my order status was unfulfilled. I received a response on 4/11 stating that orders ship in 7-14 days. I sent 5 more emails requesting an update on my order, when almost a month later my order still had not shipped. I never got another response until I contacted my credit card company & filed a dispute. Then, they canceled my order & issued a refund. I would not recommend.
