they take your money , yet you will never recieve your product, try calling , tells you to email, so you email and email and email and no responses at all

Horrible customer service! I ordered something for a gift, I wanted it shipped directly to the person, I tried to have the shipping information changed as soon as the order was placed, they changed the address but not the name, it took weeks to get shipped after I request the changes which they did not complete leaving the incorrect name. It was returned by the post office as no one with that name at that address. I’m still waiting for a confirmation that it will be re-shipped or refunded.

I placed my order on April 5, when I check the status it says unfulfilled. This means they cannot fill my order. Yet they took my money. A lot of reviews posted are people who did not receive their order. When I email them it’s a crap BS reply back saying it will be shipped in 5-10 business days after all the reviews about noting getting orders in very doubtful I will get my order. Shame on them for praying on people and then using God in their product. I am contacting the BBB seems to be the only way to get a refund!

I have read through all the reviews and it appears to be that all are accurate except for the completely five-star ones. You are correct when you say this is not a Christian company. It's a scam. All the positive reviews are written by skin artist. Avoid!¡

I hope I can eventually change this review, but at this point I cannot get a response from any method (tried 3 of them) from them about my order. Very suspicious at this point of ever getting my order . . .

I placed an order on March 3, 2024. I received a confirmation of my order. I have not heard from them. I have emailed multiple times and called to check on my order. I have had no response from the company. This is terrible customer service. I don’t know where to turn in response to this poor service. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

*UPDATE*
Moved from 1 star to 3. Company did eventually reach back out on one of the 3 emails and replied with a tracking number. The merchandise left the warehouse exactly 2 weeks after ordering. The stuff arrived within the next week after that. Shipping was speedy, and the merchandise arrived in tact and is good quality.
If you do order from this company, just know it's not going to ship until much later, and if you have any issues, you may or may not get a response.
I'm wondering if it finally shipped because I had put a claim in with my bank; bank contacts the company before refunding. I'm not 100% sure though.
In any regard, order at your own risk. The merchandise is good, but it seems to be a lot of trouble to communicate and receive unfortunately!

I've emailed this company three different times in regards to an order I placed, was charged for, and have never received. I've emailed asking to speak to someone and get nothing back. I've waited weeks.... I've had to file a claim with my bank in attempts to get a refund.
I don't think this company is actually legitimate, and would not recommend buying anything from them. It's such a shame, taking the Lord's Word and using it to steal from others.
May the Lord have His way with your finances.

I've emailed as soon as I ordered the tshirt for Christmas to change shipping address...I've tried to call I've emailed atleast 10 times no one replies... I'm not sure this truly is a Christian based co...

Have ordered from them for yrs with NO PROBLEMS! And their shirts are true to size, unlike alot of companies that advertise on fb. Will not order from anyone else!

My shirts came in a week and the quality and sizes were great. Will definitely order from them again

This is a bad company you order from them and they take your money when you try and get them to answer they don't answer back
I lost 75 dollars because they ripped me off

I never sign up for a membership and they are taking people money . Now I can’t even sign in the account where it came from .

I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I followed an ad from Facebook and ordered 3 t-shirts. One was supposed to be free and the other ones at a big discount. Honestly, I don't remember exactly how much. But I know they charge me for all three Shirts.

I got one email confirming my order. But in order to track it I was required to download an app which I did not want to do.

After some weeks, I sent more emails to them. Then I filed a complaint with the BBB. They responded right away saying that my order was delivered. That is bologna. I received nothing!

And then I get a text saying that my order is on its way. My t-shirts finally arrived, but I had to make a request with my bank to get my money back from them for the free t-shirt.

I finally got my money refunded for the one shirt. With the BBB I requested all of my money back because it should not have been this much of a hassle.

If they claim to be a small family owned Christian company then they should actually CARE about the customers...potential & otherwise. I truly feel they are false in all they are about. I was always honest with them, from the time I ordered to the time I waited for my order & when it arrived. All the while, they kept sending me messages saying I could get discounts on my next order when I was just hoping this 1 order would be ok enough. When it came it was not ok at all! After reaching out to them, they simply said return the items (at my own expense which would cost as much as a shirt) & I asked about a return label & have been ignored ever since, until....they wanted a REVIEW from me.

They send me an email asking for a review (which I'm SURE will never be posted on their website because I was honest) & once again they said for posting I'd receive 20% on my next order??? I was going to leave this alone until that email. Why now I feel others must be warned. This company is quite aware that I can't wear these shirts because of the poor quality. Maybe for others it's good enough but I explained my situation prior, I gave full disclosure & feel I was deceived. This is NOT what they preach on their products nor what they claim to be doing as a company. Very disappointing & sad. How can they improve?...CARE about the people & stop trying to push items & be tricky about your process. Practice what you preach.

By the way, I have all the emails back & forth for proof.
