Fantastic service. Had a PCR test at 2pm and the results arrived by email at 11pm the same day. Very easy to get booked in and they send you an email update when your test reaches their lab. Would hig... Voir plus

Brilliant service so quick and staff are available on the telephone for any queries have used them 3 times no reason to use any other company.
The 2 I booked were cancelled due to facility closure. The updated test details weren't e-mailed correctly with the address for Oxford Circus.

I've order a lateral flow test by post
I've order a lateral flow test by post, they asked me when I order online for my departure date, and it was stated that they ship out the test in 24h. So I was counting on them to get a covid certificate for my departure. They only shipped the test after my departure date, and received after new year. I understand that it is a busy time at Christmas, but don't sell if you cannot honor your orders. On the day of my flight I had to run around urgently to get a test.

I am very sorry to hear of the experience you have had with Eurofins, we certainly do not want this to be the case.
I have checked your account and can see you ordered your kit on the 26th December, Royal Mail were not operating on the 27th or 28th due to this being the Christmas bank holidays. We do apologise you feel this way, however, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are up to date with bank holidays over the festive period.
