Great company and products
Great company and products, have been buying the heavy duty drawer runners for years for various projects (camper conversions, dog crate drawer, truck drawer conversion, pull out drawer storage bed etc). Fantastic products and service, most items are delivered next day. Always my go to for any drawer runners.

Ordered two pairs of drawer runners. Very reasonably priced and processed extremely efficiently. Delivered quickly to the Highlands of Scotland too. Hugely impressed. Definitely 5 Star.

I placed an order and received in very quick time, but there were no instructions with the runners and my team were struggling to get these working correctly - I rang up for assistance and to get further install instructions to be told - we have too many products to give instructions, please google - not an acceptable response in my opinion,

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear this, unfortunately we are not trained fitters so we don't always have extensive knowledge on all our products and how they are fitted, however, we do provide as much information as we can including specification sheets provided by the manufacturers of the products. We also have a video linked at the bottom of the product page that may be of help to you. We are sorry that you felt the advise given was not acceptable and we will look into this internally and we hope this does not deter you from using us again.
What's happened to my Hinges
I ordered and paid for a PAIR of counter top hinges.
Only one came rather than the pair.

Execellent. Product perfect but for labelling 4 little cream coloured plastic rectangles I didn’t know where they went. Ie.There were no instructions for the little packet.
I will send an email asking for clarity on the little plastic rectagles

Ordered set of toy box stays that arrived the next day. Great item, stops the blanket chest lid dropping, I had previously used a gas stay that was not strong enough to hold it. Couldn't find suitable stays anywhere else, very pleased with them.
