Great friendly & efficient service. Car service was completed ahead of scheduled time. The only issue was that the mydacia app has not been updated to reflect that the service has taken place. However, this was subsequently resolved!

During the drive test me and the sales…
During the drive test me and the sales person we observed that the tier sensor light is on , and she told me that it will be checked before the bring me the car. The car arrived a week after and the light was still on, I booked an appointment with them it took the 3 hours to tell find out that the senson is faulty so we re-book to replace it, after a week gave them the car to repair it, after I took it and drove for 15min the sensor light was on again

1st Class Sales Executive Josh Wilkinson.…
Sales Executive Josh Wilkinson made us welcome from the minute we walked in. We told him what we wanted and he came up trumps straight away. He was very knowledgeably with a great sense of humour. Within a few days we picked our car up along with Road Tax, 3 Year Miner Damage Repair Cover, 3 Year Service Plan and 3 Year
Car Care Plan so every was covered for us for the next 3 years. Our whole experience at Evans Halshaw was brilliant due to Josh.

I had a Dacia Duster near the end of its HP agreement and Josh made the process easy to change to a smaller and newer Dacia Sandero Stepway.
