Evans Halshaw - Vauxhall Gateshead Avis 

I have delt with Evens Hallshaw Gateshead for many years they have always given high stantard of customer service and their work I have NEVER found a fault. This is why I use them for my car service and MOT.

First service and MOT under my service plan since buying the car in December. From the call to book my car in to picking it up, the service was first class. Nice friendly welcome in the morning, and communication updates from Lewis who was very helpful and explained everything that had been done. Also, loved the video they sent by SMS to show you all the technical stuff that had been checked on the car. Great innovation. Thank you all for a great customer experience

My car needed to be serviced due to a 'recall'. The day before the booked service, I explained I needed my car back as quickly as possible due to a family member being admitted to hospital. The guy I spoke to on the telephone was extremely understanding and my car was collected and brought back very quickly. Thank you - Greatly appreciated.

Bought a mokka from Nottingham branch. Turned up like it had been stolen!! Needed 2nd key and a valet. Gateshead went above and beyond to sort it out. Brilliant service team

I took my car for my appt for new back brake pads.
I thought I was doing well being 30mins early but I was 2 days and 30mins early :))).
The customer service I received from Harvey Power at the reception was amazing. He was so polite and understanding and I didn't expect the job to be done on my car. But Harvey contacted the service team and got my car slotted in while I waited, well done to him.

Was supported by Alan who honestly is my hero, he went above and beyond and ensured I was supported after what had been a horrid experience with my car breaking down. No promises were made but they manage to see and fix my vehicle within 2 days. I was blown away.

I recently took my Vauxhall Astra to Evans Halshaw for its second service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team not only completed the service efficiently, but they also spotted a faulty shock absorber, which they promptly ordered and booked in for replacement under warranty.

The work was carried out to a very high standard, and the communication throughout was excellent. A special thanks to Lewis Rickard, who went above and beyond, keeping me updated, answering all my questions, and making sure everything was sorted without any hassle.

It’s rare to find a garage that’s this professional, friendly and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be returning for my third service next year. Highly recommended.
