Impressive customer service again
This was my 2nd purchase from Everwith and again the process of ordering was easy. Everything is provided for you to send off your loved ones ashes and they always acknowledge receipt of them. Communication from their customer service team is excellent. I was really pleased with my ring.

This is a very quick service and the rings are beautiful if I had any advice moving forward, this is the 3rd ring I have purchased in the last 8 months maybe offer some sort of discount in the future because they are perfection but they are expensive for people in the distressing time they are going through.

I went to showroom to select my item, the staff were wonderful, so kind and patient and showed empathy and understanding. The process was smooth and my ring is perfect. I was able to collect same day also, as I was worried about risking the post. I would really recommend this company not only are the items beautiful, the staff are great and the presentation even when collection is just stunning and now I have a piece of my love with me always.

The ring was beautifully made and a true reflection of the picture. It is a piece of jewellery that is very wearable and a lovely tribute. If I had one small complaint is that the order took a long time and the comms could have been better. I chased and they immediately expedited the pieces and delivery was within a few days. The ordering process was straight forward and easy.
