Want say thanks to Maria for all your help and advice when I contacted the company concerning my render colour.  Your customer service was over and above what I expected and I would recommend ewistore to others thanks to you.  I am very pleased with the colour selection, which you helped me with, getting the products delivered to my house by Friday.  I really, really appreciate it, thank you very much.

Fantastic service all round

We started using EWI Store last year and completely approx 100 properties using material supplied by EWI Store.

I can honestly say that the service was brilliant. We were always told about delivery dates, if there was a delay we were told in advance and also offered the best rates in the market.

Very down to earth members of staff with good product knowledge and a willingness to go up and beyond our expectations at times. I can not fault them at all and we as a company will continue to use the services of this company.

All staff from directors all the way to the guys working in the warehouse are very professional and know the importance of high customer service. We are assigned a designated accounts manager who is exceptional in his job (thanks Michael).

I would recommend EWI Store to anyone looking to insulate their property.

Dealing with EWI Store was great. My order was only small as it was a tiny project, but they made me feel like an important customer anyway. Great sales staff and customer service.

Shocking service received from EWI for a relatively large £1,600 order.

They failed to deliver an order placed 2 weeks in advance of requested delivery date, then failed to inform me it wouldn't be delivered on the date they said it would. After 3 days of phone calls and chasing it was delivered 4 days later where 2 pallets full of material were left in the middle of somebody else driveway - at 5pm in the evening where our contractors had already left site. The customer service received when complaining about the service was awful where nothing was done about our losses caused as a result of their service other than they would take our comments on board for the future. We are now seeking alternate legal avenues against EWI and can safely say we will not be using, or recommending them again.

I ordered a sample pot for a customer on 27th October.
The courier apparently lost the sample i didn't get any confirmation or proof that a courier had the parcel so i'm not sure whether or not this is true. Since this date i've made about 15 calls to EWI and APC the courier. I never get a called back when promised i've not been kept in the loop one bit. I called Friday and complained massively i requested the sample to be sent royal mail next day, i also requested they noted no signature required EWI advised they would get it sent next day and to expect saturday. Saturday i received a card through the door from APC not royal mail .. i called APC monday who advised they couldn't leave the sample as a signature had been requested. They advised they would reschedule the delivery to today and get the signature required removed .. not suprisingly no delivery i called APC again and spent 15 minutes on the phone to be told that the driver simply 'hadnt picked it up' and that she would 'try' for tomorrow. I then called EWI (another 23 minutes of my life i won't get back) and spoke to a lady who didn't give me much assistance. i then asked to be transferred to the manager and requested he sent me out a new sample royal mail no signature required .. he then told me that since monday they do now send samples royal mail because a lot of people have been complaining .. instead though i have to wait for APC tomorrow to see if they have delivery .. the manager said he may call me back later to today to tell me if APC have the parcel or it may be tomorrow .. i stressed that this was for a 9k rendering job and it had already been pushed back several times i asked if he could send it royal mail same day and he said lets first see what APC say (despite numerous complaints and no real answer from them) so it looks as though the customer will have tomorrow YET AGAIN pushed back .. my customer is understandebly peeved i could lose the job but not EWI's problem essentially. The manager i spoke to today said it was basically a shame the courier didnt do as it promised but i think its a shame i couldnt have this sent by royal mail and resolved by EWI .. it was after all them i chose to purchase from not the courier. So i may or may not get a call back today but every time previously i was advised i'd get a call i haven't i presume i will in fact be back on the phone to them tomorrow. Unfortunately for me the customer is colour matching a previous job that was an EWI acrylic render otherwise I really wouldn't go through the hassle.

I've been building during Covid and was let down by a render contractor.

I found the EWI store, and despite being 180 miles away, they've been able to take the time to talk to me (along with the helpful uTube channel) to learn application of thin-coat system. Materials arrive when they say, no endless 'on hold' nonsense, their in house materials are really good quality, working together is easy.

A real gem of a company, staffed with enough people and by people who have the right knowledge.

Only half an order sent and no responses to emails. Terrible comms and the product itself was really poor quality and not at all as expected. Definitely won't be using again!

Very impressed with the exceptional level of service given to us by Michal Kwasnik. First time dealing with EWI and would certainly order again. Michal followed up post sale which we were very impressed with as most company's are not interested in dealing with any snags.

Krend TC15 / HP12 / Beads full house render job.

My first time using ewi, I went to collect and unfortunately got the wrong colour item, they arranged for it to be picked up the following day and replaced with the correct item, 5 star service.
We will be using ewi for our rendering products from now on.

I would like to thank Alice M for the pre sales help she has given me over the weeks .without her support and constant follow up I probably would have given up .
