⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service at Luton Airport – A Special Thank You to Tatiana!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tatiana at Luton Airport for her outstanding help, professionalism and genuine willingness to assist me.

A few days ago, I reported my missing car keys online. When I first visited the store at Luton Airport, unfortunately, one member of staff was unwilling to help me search because she was about to close the shop.

The following day, I returned and was helped by a gentleman whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. He showed great commitment and searched all the places where he thought my keys might be. Although he was unable to find them, I would also like to thank him for his efforts and willingness to help.

However, this morning, Tatiana went the extra mile. She checked additional areas that had not been searched before and, thanks to her determination and excellent customer service, she successfully found my car keys. She then emailed me to let me know the good news. I returned to collect them, absolutely delighted and relieved.

Tatiana is a real credit to your company. Her professionalism, kindness and genuine commitment to helping customers deserve special recognition. Employees like her make a real difference, and I strongly believe she deserves a bonus or other form of reward for her outstanding service.

I needed to ship my items from the US to the UK on a tight timeline as my TOR allowance was running out. Anthony was incredibly quick in giving me a quote and helping me navigate this process. He was patient, kind, and responsive through a lot of communication. I received my items within the needed time frame. I'd recommend the company and Anthony to anyone needing this serviice.

Lost my umbrella at Stansted and it was a souvenir of a memorable event I attended. Opened a report and Gabriel was so kind to tell me that he found it. He was great in all communication exchanges. I really want to thank him for his support.

Helpful staff, were able to locate and return my lost property

The assistant that dealt with my query on 1/10/26 (approx at 16.10pm) regarding my lost IPad that I’d inadvertently left on my flight two days earlier. He made my experience of your company very easy, locating it within 20secs or so after asking me the relevant questions to identify my property. The assistant, J.R. made a stressful situation very easy with his calm, polite and friendly approach. A lovely young man and a credit to your company.

We just wrapped our baggage at Terminal 5 and Martha was absolutely brilliant at helping us. Very friendly, helpful and professional and was a joy to chat with. Good work Martha!!

Fantastic speedy service that I appreciate. My son had left his phone at Glasgow Airport lucky for him a member of staff had found it,handed it in and I had his phone shipped over to Belfast all in the space of a few days. Very helpful and pleasant staff also. Thanks guys

A bit like me because I left my phone in the My lounge at Luton Airport.
But. I realised once I was on the plane and gave the phone a ring.
A lovely lady who works in the lounge answered.
She said she would hold it for me there but stupidly I said I was already gone forgetting that 3 members of my family were coming through Luton in a few days and they could have collected it.
So. It went down to Lost and Found by hand and she gave me her name and a reference.
You still have to report through the portal.
Anyway. I reported it through the portal and my daughter went to pick it up (with my authority) when she came through the airport that few days later.... But. It's not my phone they present to her? How did this happen.
You cannot ring them and they do not respond to my emails.

Used suitcase wrapping service for first time. Annika (sorry might have your name wrong…. Terminal 5 studying pharmacy at uni!) provided great service, very friendly, cheerful and patient. Made the experience stress free, would recommend to friends. Thank you
