JASMINE

Jasmine is by far the most underrated customer service essential worker I have ever met. I lost someone very close to me and unfortunately have become another victim to homelessness. After walking miles to get to what I thought was going to be a resting place for my exhausted souls, I had to walk yet again “a little” further. I was initially greeted with a smile the moment I walked through the door and noticing my exhaustion, she was more than eager and willing to help. I’d have to say if more people were like her not just in customer service, but in reality itself, this world would be a better place more accepting more kind. Shout out to Jasmine. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

The truth in how I see it in my EYES!!!

Thank you, Extended STAY America, Kentwood, MI. Don’t know what the fuse about all the wrong chaos, but I really enjoyed my night at ESA. The studio rooms gave me like a real home feel. Just had only one concern which could have been a mistake of mines , I couldn’t get the dang TV to work right. Thank for the Night Attendant (even though I didn’t get his name). He help with rebooking my room and show me that ESA workers do care about there customers. I will definitely start staying at more ESA. Calling it out like I see it !!!

If I could give this hotel a negative star I Would

If I could give this hotel a negative star, I would. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived to check in. We weren’t given the password for the internet. The phone in our room was broken. I picked it up and something was broken inside of the phone. Went down to front desk and was told it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day (we only stayed one night. The love seat and footstools were made from pleather (not complaining about that) and there were pieces of pleather missing. The hotel smelled awful. If we didn’t spend the money to stay at the hotel, we would have driven home after the event we went to.

Unauthorized charge + extremely…

Unauthorized charge + extremely unprofessional management.
I was explicitly told by the General Manager-Randy Mace that my card would NOT remain on file after a one-time authorization. That was not true—my card was later charged again without my consent.
When I addressed it, the manager was rude, dismissive, and told me to “take accountability” for a charge I did not authorize. No apology, no resolution, just deflection.

This is a serious issue involving both billing practices and customer treatment. I have escalated this to corporate and my bank.

Be very careful when giving this location your card information. Duluth Ga #78

I am recently in between homes and…

I am recently in between homes and toured this place. It was so creepy to me that I felt like I was in a hospital or nursing home. It was sterile, cold, rooms look and feel like a medical room and the least homey place in the world! If it were any more sterile, it would be a morgue. Not to mention that it's grossly overpriced fir a grossly unhomey place. This is the opposite of a home away from home. I'd stay at the hotel in the movie The Shining before here or Home2Suites which is just as creepy.

Disgusting

Well at first the rooms and property look great the problem comes when you open a drawer and there are clothes left in there, and under the bed there is old food and trash, then the so called breakfast they serve is....... well let's just say for almost $200.00 you should get more then old muffins and coffee. I want my money back

Jennifer at the Extended Stay America-Kingwood

Jennifer at the Extended Stay America – Kingwood location in Houston, TX was absolutely wonderful. I arrived late at night to check in some of my employees, and she handled everything with incredible patience and professionalism. Despite the late hour, she stayed calm, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Her excellent customer service truly stood out, and it was greatly appreciated.

I love this place

I love this place. Teresa is a great lady. She works the front desk and is very polite kind patient understanding and works very fast. The rooms are very clean. Clean appliances also with a very great price a small deposit they give it back if they find the room.like u found it not too picky, but Teresa makes everything much better when she’s working the front desk she makes my day she knows her job. She does it well so if you want to clean kitchenette at a low rate red at extended stay in Lakewood ask for Teresa if possible she’s a great front desk attendant 💕😊

Wonderful when you need the convenience of home

My husband and I and his Caregiver have been visiting the Extended Stay on Baseline rd in Gilbert for over a year now for his Cancer treatment. There were a few issues with rooms over that time, but everything was addressed. We enjoy the ability to prepare his food in a safe atmosphere

They are the worst hotels by far

They are the worst hotels by far. Completely unprofessional staff and they don’t issue refunds. The facility is gross smells awful and the staff is disrespectful. They need to be shut down.

Gratitude

My overall experience with my stay at ESA in Fort Lauderdale has been pleasant. The staff members by the names of Andriana, Yaslin, Alex, and Trey are dependable when I have gone to them for help. For example, a while ago, I needed help with rectifying a problem I was attempting to resolve on my laptop. Both Yaslin and Alex, Asst. Manager stop the work they were consumed with doing to help. I thanked them then and I am sending another thanks via this review. Thanks. Troy

Worst Hotel Ever!!

This was the worst hotel I've ever booked. Five minutes after checking in, we immediately checked back out. The rooms are deplorable. The packages that we ordered were received by the staff, but went missing. The manager was soooooo rude. Please don't waste your time and money booking this hotel. Extended Stay Tamarac.

The Extended Stay America branch at…


The Extended Stay America branch at 2638 W Old Farmington Rd, Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States, 72704 hotel did not honor my reservation. I reserved 5 minutes before midnight because we were traveling for 16 hours non stop. We called the hotel before doing the reservation and they said okay. After I booked and arrived 10 minutes later they refused to let us in claiming that we were too late to check in. Yet nothing was said to us about not having 10 minutes left before arriving at the hotel. We end up sleeping on the car after spending the money. I will never book with this hotel again and certainly will not use this booking platform reservationdesk dot com,as after contacting them I was told basically there’s nothing they can do for me if the hotel doesn’t honor their bookings so don’t trust them. I lost my money and got crappy costumer services.
We literally called the hotel beforehand and yet we end up frustrated and crashing on the car on road side🤬🤬 and the booking website got my money and the hotel got my money and give me no services. I called this a fraud 🙌 I would give a negative star if I could.

ALMOST THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE

ALMOST THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. THIS IS ALMOST WORSE THAN MOTEL-6. Nice looking hotel and clean but THAT'S IT. JUST GOT MY WIFE OUT OF THE HOSPITAL CAME IN TO THE FRONT DESK WITH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU WOULDN'T SEE AT OTHER HOTELS. THEY COULDN'T CANCEL THE RESERVATION WHICH THEY CHANGED FROM THE 1ST FLOOR TO THE 2ND FLOOR OK. THEN I FIND OUT THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK! My wife had to go to the bathroom so I had to CARRY HER UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR ONLY TO FIND OUT THE #&@ KEY CARDS DIDN'T WORK! Went down to the front desk to get new key cards ran back up to open the door just in time for my wife #&*@ CRAP THE BATHROOM DOOR HANDLE IS MISSING! Now my wife is SCREAMING AT ME WTFing Place did I book us into! 😭 I didn't use my foot to get the door open, used my knife. They finally brought us a door handle.
Next NO ICE BUCKET IN THE ROOM that's because there's NO ICE IN THE HOTEL THEY ONLY SUPPLY EMPTY ICE TRAYS!
PARKING - NONE IN FRONT they told me if I can't find one in the front to PARK IN THEIR SECURE LOT, IT'S GATED, HAS CAMERAS AND HAS LIGHTS. So I parked in the back which is away from the hotel. Parked next to a guy sitting in his BMW, OK. Walked back to the hotel to find the #@+ door wouldn't open, the noise my foot made attracted someone to open the door for me. During the night I looked out the window to SEE CREEPY PEOPLE WALKING AROUND THE CARS LOOKING IN WTF!
The free breakfast consisted of a CUP OF COFFEE AND MUFFIN.

We were happy to GTFOOT. When I got to my car I find the guy with the BMW still in his car WEARING PAJAMAS WTF.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE other than drug dealers or the homeless.

This review is for the one near LAX

This review is for the one near LAX in El Segundo: Don't stay here, don't let friends stay here, don't even go into the parking lot. On 1/31/26 I visited a friend who was working on their AC. He went to move the drapes and a heroin needle was hidden in the drapes. The place is a pig sty.

But it gets better, he went to the front desk with his bloody finger and they would do nothing about it. Not one thing. They told him to come back on Monday. They know their place is used as a shooting gallery, all locals do, but he had a job to do and is not a local.

He has been forced with no help to get to a hospital, that will cost, and get this looked at. He could have been infected with all kinds of stuff, including, HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis or whatever else is running around. Their reaction to this event is appalling. This could have been your child and a lot of unknowing people stay there because it is close to LAX.

They don't care at all. They know all about their junkies that get a room, bring up a bunch of friends and stay a few days. Meth is also used which is a health hazard.

It was room 355. And of course I have called the Health Department.

They need to be out of business, it is a franchise with clearly no oversight.

Run.

Serious cleanliness, service, and management issues

My fiancé and I experienced repeated issues during our stays at this location. On multiple occasions—including holidays—we were displaced due to unresolved problems with the rooms, cleanliness, and overall livability. Despite reporting concerns, the environment remained unsanitary and many issues were never addressed.
We also faced unprofessional treatment from staff, which created unnecessary stress and even financial harm. After raising legitimate concerns about the conditions and how we were treated, we later discovered we had been banned without any notice or explanation. This felt retaliatory and unfair.
This property clearly needs major improvement in management, communication, room conditions, and customer service. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend staying here.

Love this hotel

I had the best experience at this hotel amazing customer service and Tosha is amazing made sure that my room good and it was really clean room and comfortable bed and had the best sleep I had in a while and very quiet too no noise
