Great product, professional installation and customer service
The installers #1 were polite and friendly and very apologetic that the main door section had not been supplied. They put in all the rest and erected a wooden panel overnight, which was secure.
There was a bit of confusion as my message when booking to confirm installation address at Dad's - not our house - had not got through to them and the installers#1 turned up at our house instead of Dad's. Fortunately someone was in at both houses. Messages re address and calling an hour before arrival still hadn't got through and the installers#2 the next day turned up at our house again very early without warning! Fortunately I was up and accompanied them to Dad's house, but I hadn't time to wake get him up and ready. All's well that ends well. Lovely door, sturdy, bright and easier to access (super choice of frosted glass - thanks John). The installers kindly looked at another door that needs replacing and adjusted it so it opens easier till we can get that one replaced.
The bill was higher than expected but a quick phone call sorted that out and confirmed original quote. All paid now.
Apart from the above minor blips, a swift job and great product so far. Key a bit stiff to start with but will probably settle. Would recommend company and will probably order again from them.

What should have been done in one visit…
What should have been done in one visit took four visits to complete. Two windows were made to the wrong size as was a sil and a glass to replace a blown one.
The exterior window sill of the lounge was damaged with paint chipped off. One of the fitters also dropped a pane of glass which smashed all over the drive, thankfully it was an old one, not new.
All in all not a good experience though the lads who did the fitting have done a good installation.

Professional and great experience
From the sales technician to the builders to the fitters it was a smooth journey we had our full house re glazed and also two composite doors fitted quality products fitted by expert builders and fitters and the finish was beyond our expectations

I asked the company if they would leave…
I asked the company if they would leave a neat job for me because some companies can be a bit slap dash with sealant etc. and they complied with my request! Some of the joins where not a good fit but I rang them back and a guy came the same day, measured precisely and fitted some new seals. Now that's how a company should be ran!

Pleasant, respectful window fitters
Dean the window fitter arrived on timeand was pleasant and respectful on the property.
The windows look great and when the bathroom is finished it will all be fantastic.
The windows have been fitted very neatly and are of a very high standard.
We have used this company befor and will definately be using them again.
A highly recommended company.

I had my conservatory built 21 years…
I had my conservatory built 21 years ago by EYG. And two of my windows have recently failed purely down to age. I rang EYG, for the replacement glass. They were swift to arrange a sales man to visit, who gave me a quote. A surveyor called the week after took measurements and today I had the glass replaced, I thought the charge was reasonable, and the time scale was quick from start to finish. The fitting today maybe took less than 30 mins. And they are perfect. Cannot fault this company at all. Many thanks

Installers arrived early without…
Installers arrived early without notice, fortunately there was someone at home. The installers worked efficiently completing the job in good time leaving the area clean and tidy. No complaints from me.

Very good quality windows
Very good quality windows. We're very pleased with them.
In an industry usually run on a hard-sell basis, buying from EYG didn't feel like that at all.
The communication of the installation team was extremely good. Each day, they would tell us what they planned to do upon arrival. They'd give us a quick summary of the state of play before leaving, and let us know when we could expect their return. This means that you always feel that you have a finger on the pulse of the project.
We even messed them about a bit and added an extra window halfway through the installation but they handled it with smooth equanimity.
If you want to buy some windows, you could do much, much worse, that's for sure!

well worth using a very professional company
Not the cheapest around, However they are very professional and follow all the guidelines. well worth paying the bit extra for a excellent job. We are very pleased with the service and staff. Kept us up to date throughout the fitting.

Initially had issues with lintel…
Initially had issues with lintel requirements,( ie not picked up by the surveyor that they were not needed until the builder arrived!).
The windows were fitted well, albeit with a few cracked panes which were replaced efficiently, our composite door also needed some adjustment and was also done very efficiently.
All in all, we are very satisfied both with the quality of the windows and doors.and the fitting team, would highly recommend ..
