Super easy to create a lease
Super easy to create a lease. I feel confident that all the bases are covered and comfortable moving forward with a tenant using this lease. In the past, I had to evict a tenant and EZ Landlord had the forms for that process too.

User friendly detailed lease
I've used the EZlandlord lease forms for my 3 set of tenants over the years. The forms are so detailed, very user friendly and helps make the leasing process run smoothly. There are items in the lease I would never had thought of. I love that all the lease information is saved to be used for the next tenant. I don't have to re-create all that information each time.
