I used these forms and had my Florida…
I used these forms and had my Florida tenants e sign for 4 years. Worked very smoothly. We are now renting out an investment property in Michigan. We created a new lease package. Very easy to use. Helped me think of good things to add to protect ourselves. Highly recommend

The form is simple and very easy to use. I have not used anything other than ez forms since I started using them several years ago.
