Great shopping experience in Fonthill store, Charlotte was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was buying a lamp and sideboard. Will definitely shop here again.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service, great attention to that I needed incredible help with measurements of pieces I was interested in and every detail checked with my order. The shop was busy but I didn't feel I was rushed in any way for the next person!

I was told my bed will be delivered in…
I was told my bed will be delivered in three weeks which is end of May, and when i went into the shop in Fonthill to pay my balance, was told the date will be aometime in June . And when i requested my refund as i was not happy with thelis information that i was told, was told that is not possible . Nothing was communicated to me so that i make an informed decision , if it was taking that long and that they dont offer refunds when you purchase in the shop. I spoke to a guy called Chris the deputy Manager , and he said he will speak to the manager and they will ring me on Monday with an update. No one bothered to ring me , i went there to oay balance and i spoke to a lady, tha manager was right there i expressed my frstrations and how the deputy manager was not helping me as well by being dismissive. The Manager never said a word to me he continued with what he was doing and honestly o would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry for the confusion and disappointment caused regarding the delivery timeframe of your order and the communication around it.
We completely understand how upsetting it can be when expectations around delivery dates change, particularly when you were looking forward to receiving your new bed.
I believe the store has since been in contact with you directly and has helped clarify the situation regarding your order and delivery update.
While we understand your disappointment, we would also like to kindly clarify that the estimated lead time had been written on the signed order docket by the salesperson at the time of purchase.
The terms and conditions signed at the time of sale also state that all delivery lead times provided are approximate and can occasionally change depending on supplier and shipping circumstances, however in this cuircumstance all is in order and on track for your estimated lead time.
We do appreciate your feedback regarding the communication you received in store, as this is never the experience we want any customer to have.

Excellent experience at EZ Living Furniture Fonthill, and a special thanks to Fergal. We knew almost nothing about mattresses before visiting, but he explained everything clearly and helped us choose the right bed and mattress for our needs.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and never rushed us at all. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Fergal at the Fonthill store!

The customer service at the shop was good and keeping us informed on the delivery date.
But the delivery guys were reckless. They would have broken our bed frame by carelessly opening the wrapped mattress & knocked down a table fan too. Would have given a better rating but for the delivery experience.
