Had a number of great experiences recently in the fonthill store. Staff on the floor were extremely helpful. I wanted to acknowledge the two delivery men who delivered my (heavy) chest of drawers. They made it so smooth, they were helpful, tidy and just very pleasant. Great experience

EZ Living Fonthill Fergal
We dealt with EZ Living Fonthill when we moved in to our house 10 years ago. We found them to be very kind and informative in what we were looking for within our price range too. So when we needed a new bed they were our first stop again.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Fergal. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient with us. I explained exactly what we were looking for and he took the time to talk us through everything. From start to finish he was amazing and we’ve just purchased another bed purely because of him.
It’s good to know their customer service is as reliable as it was 10 years ago. Highly recommend!

FONTHILL:
We all have choices when buying things . However it was my initial positive experience in February that prompted me to return to Fergal in March for a second purchase !
To be honest , I didn’t feel that I needed to go anywhere else as I trusted Fergal’s input and opinion as he remembered me and my specific requirements .
So impressed with my experience , I actually returned to the shop after the first occasion & to thank them and their delivery men for a fast , efficient & effective experience .
I have never had occasion to do that before . I even brought a friend the second time to meet with Fergal & his team !! Seriously , I don’t usually ‘gush’ like this , but I feel it’s well deserved .
One thing that I do know is that EZ Living (Fonthill), will be my first stop when I need similar services and expertise .

I purchased two units in this store and I found the staff to be very friendly while still being professional. The store manager was very helpful with regard to my questions regarding some furniture items I was interested in. He didn't try to rush me and I believe I got great value and wouldn't hesitate recommending this store.

The staff were very helpful and explained the delivery process thoroughly.
My table won't be in for another 2 months but that was told to me upfront.

Charlotte in Fonthill was fantastic in supporting myself and my partner in finding bedside lockers. She went above and beyond, checking other stores, calling various branches and making sure that we could secure what we wanted. She was also a pleasure to deal with. Broken furniture twice
I am absolutely fuming with this place! I bought a chest of drawers and it was all damaged on arrival. They arranged for a new one to be sent out and the damaged one to be collected, I had to wait for weeks and I had to empty everything from the old one. When the new one arrived I could not believe the state it was in. Far worse than the previous one, with chunks of wood broken off and 3 damaged drawers. They offered me to change again or a refund. Now I have to be here again for the third time so they can collect it. Not even an ounce of compensation for wasting so much of my time and I told them I have a newborn baby and no where to store my clothes. Never again. What a terrible service! They also refused to send the refund until they pick up the dresser so i can’t even keep my stuff here until I find a new one
