In store and delivery were great
Overall experience in store, top class, both delivers were easy, the second was much easier as I had the stair gates removed and the guys put the mattress on the bed, the first mattress had to be replaced due to it being faulty hence 4 stars but overall service and turn around to getting the new mattress sorted was very easy going and quick

Assistant manager Lukasz Kowalczyk was so friendly and helpful when we visited the store on Saturday (not our first time there but first time meeting him ) . Back today and purchased our sofas with ease and reassurance .Would highly recommend him and the other staff . Roll on December for new sofas .

From the initial friendly welcome and offer of coffee, our visit was all that we could hope for and more. The choice of furniture was great and we were impressed by the recent refresh of stock and layout. Lukasz was as always a big help in advising us and recommending ideas. He is a great salesman too, I ended up buying more than I first planned but am glad I did. A thoroughly good and fruitful visit, thanks Lukasz!

Excellent experience at EZ Living Banbridge
We are currently renovating our home and have visited a number of other furniture outlets. Today we had a wonderful experience shopping in EZ Living Banbridge. John was so attentive from the moment we entered, offering us coffee/tea, taking measurements on every couch we viewed to ensure they were the correct dimensions and checking availability. We chose our couch and with John’s help, went on to choose a dining table and bedframe, under his great advice. We came away from the store delighted with our purchases and we looking forward to their arrivals.

Helpful, efficient positive shopping experience

Excellent customer service and quality
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that EZ Living had a substantial showroom at the Boulevard in Banbridge, and we went along to look at some items; we ended up buying quite a few of them, and I must say, the experience from start to finish was excellent. Very pleased with the quality of those we have received to date (others coming in a few weeks time). Christopher McDowell provided an outstanding sales service - he was very helpful and accommodating and most pleasant to deal with. Top class.

Visited the store on Saturday 16th May a bright well laid out store very easy to manoeuvre around. Staff are very welcoming but not overwhelming where some stores constant sales. Jason whom I dealt with was excellent and very efficient. He at first asked if we wanted coffees no sales pitch simply did we want a coffee. When i asked about a particular sofa he was very helpful never at any stage felt pressured comfortable to ask and he answered all any questions I had. Sale was made seamlessly and follow up effortless. Many thanks
