Booked via blackcircles to have two tryes replaced. Staff were friendly, both tyres replaced and other tyres air pressures sorted in turn also. Would come back

The technician changed the wrong tyre based on the centre manager’s vehicle check-in notes. I had told centre manager that tyre to be changed was the driver front one. Complaint passed to area manager... Voir plus

I have recently bought in my car and my…

I have recently bought in my car and my daughters car to be looked at separate occasions rang and was fitted in asap services was very good and helpful by all staff .everything was explained to me professionally and once I came in unsure how to top up my car and he came out to advise me how very happy would recommend to all I know.many thanks.elaine and family.

Car went in for two new front tyres and…

Car went in for two new front tyres and free winter check. Upon getting car back and home I noticed both dust caps were missing off the new tyres and the Nissan logo had been snapped the front offside wheel and left in the centre compartment with the locking wheel nut.
On taking the car back the guy in the reception was totally uninterested. Two new dust caps and no apology whatsoever. Poor customer service

Fantastic service by the team

Fantastic service by the team, I was stuck, 2.5hrs from home with a broken car, no phone battery and the guys at Formula one auto centre looked after me - provided a phone charger, ordered my exhaust, fitted it and even fixed a broken indicator - could not fault any of the service I was provided - thanks guys!

Excellent professional service

Came in on a busy Sunday afternoon with a tyre that blow out on me this morning, Josh behind the counter was very professional and helpful sorting a new tyre for me, and Jamie the fitter was so quick and efficient,
Excellent service from this centre as per normal with every visit I make, would recommend these guys 100%

Very helpful & accommodating

Very helpful. Urgent short notice booking as original booking at different centre was unable to fulfil booking due to tester absent due to family illness.

Great customer service

Helpful and very friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable . Would highly recommend them as they are my local garage and wouldn’t use anyone else because they are the best

Fantastic service

Had a small tyre valve issue and went to Wellingborough and was dealt with promptly and problem immediately solved. Offered visitors seating and everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

I was impressed by the professionalism…

I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff Formula One Wellingborough. They were incredibly efficient in diagnosing and addressing the issues with my car.
I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with your car service. Highly recommend.
