Very efficient
Very efficient in the handling of all my orders, and fast delivery. I always liked Fabricland even when they had a shop. It was always the only place I went to for my sewing goods. It a shame I can no longer pop into the shop to look around and see the texures of the fabrics.

I just want to say with regard to my order I made on Wednesday this week how delighted I have been with your customer service. You were friendly and helpful over the phone. You sent out the lovely Peruvian tapestry fabric that evening so it arrived the day after. Sadly I wasn’t in so I had to wait until yesterday to be in and receive it and I’m highly delighted. Thank you so much for your fantastic service and I’m telling everyone what a lovely company you are to deal with.

An excellent personal service for an online company
I received samples of fabric I liked the look of and made a choice, but I needed plain fabric to make side panels in a dress pattern. I telephoned and had excellent advice and 3 more samples in the post.
I sent my order in on Monday and have just received said order 3 days later. What an amazing personal service for an online enquiry. I would definitely recommend Fabric Land.
