like many internet companies these people practice what i consider to be deceptive advertising. They say item is in
stock and will ship when payment is received, when in fact, it isn’t but they get your money or tie it up until you realize what’s going on. You repeatedly ask for shipping info and each time you get a new story, another excuse until they admit it’s out of stock, it's in production, it's on a spaceship...whatever... and they have absolutely no idea when it will be delivered. So try and cancel the order so you can use your funds to buy the item elsewhere. They will drag this out for days and sometimes longer. Sometimes they are using your money and sometimes they just have better things to do. Without a guaranteed shipping date you are wasting your time, effort and money. Unfortunately PayPal is a kind of (perhaps unwittingly - but i think not) coConspirator/accomplice and if you bought the item through them, you can expect a hold on your account for as long as 30 days while they -guess what?- use your money at your expense. eBay and others have the ability to end this nefarious practice but choose not to do so because they get paid by the transaction. This is modern American business. caveat emptor is the name of the game.

Item was good price and exactly what I was looking for (120v large tank compressor) so I bought. Delivery took awhile which may have been because of COVID-19, not really sure.
After arrival, while trying to hook it up, I realized that they had sent the wrong compressor/motor. I specifically needed the 120v model and they sent me a 220v model. I went back and forth with them over email for quite some time (they tried to tell me that I could run a 220v motor on a 120v circuit, it would just run slower) and they finally agreed to exchange the compressor for the proper one.
After 2+ months of dealing with this massive headache I finally received the new compressor and all is good.

UPDATE: After leaving reviews, the company has offered compensation for the mistake so thank you FAO.

It’s been more than a month I’m waiting for my order no body answers to my last emails and still waiting really upset

I have been waiting for my Rebok treadmill to arrive to Australia since I ordered it 25/05/20. I have regularly been checking the tracking number, and when I looked at it today, it tells me that the item was delivered last week.... Well it hasn't. I've checked with Australia Post, and they say to contact the business that I ordered it from. So today I have emailed them, and hope to get a response.

Not a very good experience at all. I placed my order on 5/17, the item showed as in stock. A few weeks later I received an email that the item was drop shipping from Dewalt and that it had been delayed. Upon using their chat, I was told the item was ready to ship, a week later nothing. The checked with Dewalt and provided a date of 7/6. That day came and went, they provided a date of 7/15. Mid-afternoon on 7/15 they sent me an email that they canceled my order. Now I am not only out a month, but have to find the product elsewhere or reorder and go to the back of the line. I wish they would actually provide customer service and look to work something out.

Eddie, assisted me this morning in the purchase of a generator. He was very knowlegable and had all the answers to my questions. He provided me with excellent customer service and It was a real pleasure dealing with with him. I hope that I will have the same luck with my purchase which will come in handly in the State of Florida.. Kudos!!!..

I ordered a specific item per the picture and product code. Well they sent me a completely different product that appears the same visually. I could have got the product they sent at any home depot for less than I paid them.

My first review was about Sinatra, the salesman that sold me the generator. This review is about the generator itself. I bought a XP10000EH duel fuel generator. Bought from Duro Max because I had previously bought a XP4850EH that now was too small. The XP10000EH works great, runs good, quiet, and the most important feature it runs on propane. I use the generator for back up power for my house when the power goes out. I would highly recommend a Duro Max for your extra power needs.

Service was prompt and very friendly. Would definitely buy from this company again.

When I viewed your product line up; I was looking to replace some DeWalt tools. Y’all have a good line up with a variety of packages. The 4pc. Tool combo with the bag is a good $. Then ya threw in the 5amp battery pack and that sealed the deal.
