Really pleased with the wardrobes! Delivery men arrived on time and assembled the wardrobes. Still waiting on the shelves which we knew would take a little longer to arrive. Libby really helpful when we decided to go ahead with the order.

New suite.
Libby looked after us with scheduling the delivery of our new suite, I've been in and out of hospital with cancer and vascular problems. Libby did however arrange the pick up of our old furniture and delivery of the new one by giving us the option of when we were able to accept the items. Such a kind and friendly experience,

Great sofa bed
Great sofa bed. Turned up on time, communication process was excellent. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful, carried it up a lot of steps without complaints.

Customer service
We were kept up to date with our delivery date and advised of the delivery time. It arrived on time and the staff were efficient and left the room clean and tidy after they had assembled the bed frame.

Purchase of mattress
Good service and help on choosing a mattress in the St Austell store. Kept up to date on delivery status. It actually arrived six days prior to date given. They contacted me and agreed on it being delivered the day it was to arrive in store. Pleasant and helpful delivery men arriving on time.

Satisfactory Overall
Friendly staff who made sure we had the right product at the best price. Delivery on time and units were carefully handled and erected. Fairly long delivery period from date of order and payment.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish
Karen from the sales team was excellent, so much patience as we tried virtually every sofa in the shop and incredibly helpful in finding the right one to suit our needs. Delivery was fantastic. They knew we were without a sofa so had it delivered the same day it arrived at the warehouse. Absolutely cannot fault their customer service, knowledge, friendly approach and all round service.

We went to look for a coffee table and living room chair. We were helped by a sales assistant called Andrea. Andrea was so helpful, honest and professional. She went the extra mile for us, which is quite rare these days. I would highly recommend a visit to St Austell.
