non hanno un servizio clienti che possa essere contattato. Potete scrivere solo in chat. Il corriere aveva smarrito il mio ordine, consegnato dopo 20 giorni, senza avere alcuna notizia su dove fosse e se me l'avrebbero consegnato o meno, mi arriva il pacco e su 5 prodotti ordinati ne ricevo solo 3, di cui uno sbagliato. Contatto l'assistenza, faccio il reso e loro mi rimborsano solo quello reso e non mi danno risposta dei 2 prodotti che non sono arrivati. Inoltre, nel pacco non c'è neanche un documento che possa dimostrare che non mi hanno inviato i prodotti che ho pagato.
Pessimo servizio online e pessimo il corriere che oltre a non avermi mai risposto èpassato a ritirare il reso il giorno dopo di quello concordato.

Ho acquistato dei prodotti il 29 novembre e non ancora ricevuto nulla, il servizio clienti inesistente… il tracciamento del ordine non si aggiorna dal 2 dicembre… acquisto tutto online non ho mai avuto problemi del genere … veramente vergognoso

Eccezionale accoglienza del personale tutto del fantastico negozio FAO di Milano. Professionalità cortesia e sorrisi ci hanno accompagnato nei ns acquisti natalizi a prezzi ottimi rispetto alla qualità del fantastico Schiaccianoci da 50 cm 😍 e del trenino da mettere sotto il ns Albero con rotaie tutto super funzionante. Inoltre essendo noi di Roma in vacanza a Milano per we, il personale ha proposto e provveduto alla spedizione ed in 3/4 gg è arrivato a Roma perfetto senza ostacoli. Complimenti e....attendiamo apertura a Roma!

DO NOT order from them. They charge a crazy amount for shipping and then I accidentally autofilled my old address when checking out and realized IMMEDIATELY, so when I contacted customer service Vanessa told me she was able to correct the address since it hadn't been shipped yet. Come to find out, the two most expensive items in my order were not corrected and ended up shipping to the previous address that was provided. When I reached out, their coordinator Gabi, told me that Vanessa did her best and that I'm basically SOL. TERRIBLE experience and never ordering from them again!!!

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought my daughter a toy from target that was from this company for her first birthday. I didn’t even have it for 2 weeks and the toy started to splinter BAD to the point where she was even peeling off pieces and trying to put the wooden pieces inside of her mouth. I paid $60 for this item so I expected it to be well made. My daughter is a hemophilic with severe bleeding disorder so if she would have cut herself on it she would have kept bleeding from it or if she would have ate the pieces she could have been bleeding from inside . I got a call back ASAP from Brian Miranda which now that I know everything it was probably to save their butts . He seemed apologetic and told me to send back the toy for a full refund as well as the shipping was completely covered . Told me once they received the toy that I would be receiving a check to pay for all of the items . I dropped the toy off where they told me to, when I got there , was told I had to pay $20 to even ship it out so there was the first lie. I paid it and let him know and sent him proof , he answered me back within 10 minutes or so . They’ve had my toy for almost a month now and are completely ignoring my messages . I’ve reached out over 4 times now. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AS WELL AS THE TOY AND ARE IGNORING. But that’s okay, I have contacted my lawyer, I have the WHOLE phone call recorded, as well as the proof of everything . I will also be sharing This with my extremely family oriented tik tok and Instagram with over 1 million followers so they know not to buy from this company. They WILL be hearing from me again, this isn’t over.

This company is basically a scam. They sell you a broken product and won’t do anything about it even with proof it was an error in production and not an error in your part. That is terrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know not to purchase from this terrible company.

I was a little concerned by all of the negative reviews of FAO Schwarz. However, Iordered on a Friday, they loaded tracking numbers by Monday, and I got confirmation that the packages were picked up and headed to me by day 4. Got them on my porch 6 business days after ordering. They were in their Mattel shipping boxes, also packed inside outer boxes with packing pillows. They are in perfect shape! No complaints here. PS they are now out of these sold-out-everywhere dolls, but glad I got mine.

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a toy on Aug 21 for my grandkids who were visiting. The order never got past “label created” and “ready to ship” so the company reordered it. It took so long that my grandkids had already returned to CA. I should have just ordered from Amazon and we’d have had it in two days!
Now FAO will not reimburse me for shipping the toy I never received!
CHRISTMAS RUINED
December the 11, I went into FAO in Rockefeller Center. I worked 3 jobs during fall and winter of 2022 to give my kids a nice Christmas. Here we are January 13, no gifts still for my children. They actually mailed a hair barrette. One hair barrette and the rest of the order is “lost.” Back and forth thru emails and long waits. I will NEVER purchase another gift here again. This was hard earned money, and I don’t have it to replace the gifts. So upset and sad at the callous way they treated me. Never again!

I received the automatically generated reply that they would be in touch within 48 hours. Never heard back so I emailed them again…they have never responded. Is this how they treat their customers?
My first order and most likely my last one
I made my first order a week ago. I spent over $100 for a statue they claimed was "in stock" on their website. Got my email confirmation, so I thought I would get my tracking info soon. Their website says they ship within 1-3 business days, so I waited. Three business days passed by, and I still haven't received my tracking info. And today (a week after I first placed my order), they sent me an email saying that my order "was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order". WTH??? Why would you write "in stock" on your website when there isn't anything in the first place??? To make this worse, this was a limited edition statue, so it's either sold out or more expensive on other sites. Great, now I have to find another site and spend more than I want to get the statue. It's very unfortunate that my first order from them will probably be my last one.
I know they don't care if they lose one or a few customers, but please shop elsewhere for toys. If you really want FAO Schwarz toys, please find them at Target or some other retailer—these shops usually sell these toys cheaper than the official FAO Schwarz online store.
Also, FAO Schwarz, please update your website accurately, so it reflects your actual inventory. If an order needs to be canceled, please alert the customer early (within 1-3 business days) because some customers are impatient or need to know if they need to find an alternate option as soon as possible.
First & last time
First time ordering from here and this has been the worst online shopping experience.
Problem 1: They're store is overpriced. I had this FAO nostalgic moment, why I ended up on their website. Even though some stuff was pricey, I did see some stuff that I liked so I gave in.
Problem 2: Besides their shop being overpriced they also charge an arm & leg for shipping. For a medium sized sketchbook, 2 packs of markers and crayons, they wanted to charge me $26 for shipping. So they had an ad: if you pay $100 it's free shipping. I didn't want to spend that much but I figured why not.
Problem 3: When I checked out they charged me for shipping anyway. I had to write them and ask to remove the shipping charge. They resolved it fast and I was happy.
Problem 4: Then came the next problem. It's been over month since I first placed my order and I still don't have anything. "Free shipping" means they use Fedex Smartpost, the cheapest and crappiest shipping option EVER. My order was left in Kansas for two weeks with no movement. Now it's stuck in Salt Lake. All FAO customer service can tell me is that it's on its way. My sons' birthdays are in 12 days and I intentionally placed this order early. Never again.
I ordered a suprise order of over $600…
I ordered a suprise order of over $600 to be shipped to someone with $140 overnight fedex shipping. 2 days later they shipped a box of crayons in the order but not the other 12 larger items. To this day, its been 4 days of me emailing their sole contact method which is an email address and nobody responds. When you call the store, they direct you to that same email.
So unless you are in NY, do NOT order online from them because they will ghost you completely.
