Product is always great but delivery date is never on time. Always after ETA. Would be beneficial if I could select an arrival date option even at an additional price if I can get it earlier than ETA

Quick & efficient, It would have been helpful to have a hint about what works well or not; eg having colour on my transparent labels apparently does not work well. If it was explained when doing the design I could have adjusted prior to submission so avoiding a second proof before finalising. I am happy with the final design

Very annoyed that they advertise as 24…
Very annoyed that they advertise as 24 hr turnaround next day delivery when in fact I’ve just placed an order and have to wait 6 days. Falsely advertised on the website.

Overall good but the white ink print scratches easily
The help and graphic designer were very good. However, the white ink print isn't the best quality. It doesn't take much at all to scratch the white ink.

The company makes things simple. I'd ordered stickers earlier this year and wanted larger ones. They got back to me swiftly following my enquiry and we spoke on the phone to arrange what I wanted. Delivery was then very swift.

I'll never use anyone else again!
I have nothing but praise for the entire procedure and for the design team's communication, explanation and help to perfect my labels to how I envisioned them to be. Literally the easiest, fastest online team/process/design method I've used in the past 10 years, and that includes personal friends doing jobs for me that end up taking forever to complete because they know I won't complain...will definitely be promoting and recommending you guys all over my social media once I receive the labels and launch my new look branding. I'm so excited to see them now and get the next items on my to-do list ordered!

This company can not be trusted
This company can not be trusted, it was a complete nightmare to order and deal with the different communications, and the final result was not what it was expected. It gave me a lot of trouble, stress and I will never order again from this company. Horrible service.
