I ordered a pair of boots from this company a size 9 and waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered the wrong size (11). I immediately contacted them via email and got a reponse after sending 3 different emails only to tell me I’m responsibly to shipping them back. I’m opening a case with my bank bc how do you want a customer to pay for the company mistake. I have not had a response from them since. Customer service sucks DO NOT SHIP HERE

Do not trust this company, the quality is some of the worst I’ve seen. They took weeks to respond to me about a return and finally when they did, they said I would need to pay for return shipping and the restocking fee is 80% of the total purchase. That means, I’d only be getting 20% of my money back and have to pay $20 for return shipping. That would cost me more money to return than what I spent on the shoes to begin with.

I have purchased multiple shoes from here. They have held and are very high quality products. Also, I have been impressed with the service because of communication and quick delivery turnaround.

The fit is awesome and they are super comfortable

I love the boots from here! I own several pairs. I can consistently order a size 8 and they fit. The quality is excellent!

I recently purchased a pair of white boots with a chunky heel and transparent bottoms. These boots a extremely comfortable and seem to be very well made. I really like the zip up sides. It makes them very easy to take them on and off. Favorboots was a very easy company to deal with and It made for an easy transaction. I would definitely recommend these shoes and this brand to all my friends.
