They say that the nutritionist fee is going to be covered by my insurance because my health insurance had nutritionists as a benefit, but that is not the way the insurance company processed it. It's a mess. They charged me for a donation that was unauthorized and never knew anything about.

This company is completely unethical. There is no contact information if you have any issue with billing, or if you want to cancel and close your account. They never answer you. Please stay far away from this company.

They market themselves as free or low cost consultations.
They charged my insurance $525 for a 15 minute call!! And $350 for a follow up call.
My insurance is saying I'm on the hook for over $500 now. There is no way to contact them to report or cancel your account either.
They should not be in business

This nutrition company is a fraud! Do not use them! It is literally impossible to delete your account! I had to call my insurance company and report them.

Scam. I signed up and dietician did not show up for appointment. Looked online at the ratings from BBB and became concerned that they had my credit card info. I went to their site and was unable to delete my credit card. There was also no contact info included on their site at all. I had to change my card number so they would not charge me for a service I did not receive. Buyer beware.

No customer service
Their text message customer service is silent. They stated they would charge my wife between $8-$10 per session and instead charge $30. When I wrote a message, no response! Surprise, surprise.
