Items missing from my order , several attempts to contact via e mail and no answer on the phone .

We pride ourselves on the service we provide and are disappointed that we fell short on this occasion.
Our team are trained to scan every item individually during the dispatch process to eliminate the risk of items being missed from orders, therefore we had to investigate why and how this happened.
Unfortunately due to staff absences this took slightly longer than usual.
I can see that my colleague has now raised a credit for the missing items and we sincerely apologise for both the packing issue and the time it has taken to resolve the issue.
