Great business
Great business, just came across them, prices very reasonable, service was fast and reliable, and product selection is awesome. Haven't dealt with support as yet, but I'm quite sure it would be as excellent as everything else thus far should I need it!

Items missing from my order
Items missing from my order , several attempts to contact via e mail and no answer on the phone .

We pride ourselves on the service we provide and are disappointed that we fell short on this occasion.
Our team are trained to scan every item individually during the dispatch process to eliminate the risk of items being missed from orders, therefore we had to investigate why and how this happened.
Unfortunately due to staff absences this took slightly longer than usual.
I can see that my colleague has now raised a credit for the missing items and we sincerely apologise for both the packing issue and the time it has taken to resolve the issue.

Delivery issue
The issue we had was with delivery. Normally Royal Mail deliver to our door whether we are in or out. Because it needed a signature they tried to deliver 3 times and then we had to go to collect.

Due to an increasing number of false claims for non receipt of delivery we do require a signature as proof of delivery for orders over a certain value.

A Wonderful Cornucopia of Delights
I ordered two pots of Dine Plum and Balsamic Vinegar Chutney, unable to buy it in any of the local shops.
I also bought the £10 box, which had been very thoughtfully put together with some very lovely treats.
The box arrived quickly, quicker than expected as it was over the Christmas period, it was well packed and well received.

Your website is easy to use and delivery was fast. The only rhing that concerned me was the packaging. The blue compostable little logs look like polystyrene and I don't think they will take it in my compost bag.
