Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a sink from Ferguson Home and they sent the wrong one. We had already removed our old sink, so I ended up paying extra just to reinstall it while waiting on them to fix their mistake.
When I went to the Frisco store to return the incorrect sink, I was basically told no one could help me and that my salesman would “call me.” No help, no urgency, no accountability. So, I demanded to speak with someone before I left, and the receptionist treated me like I didn't belong there after that. Same with the couple in front of me. She talked to them like they couldn't afford a subzero refrigerator.
Communication is awful. I was told the correct sink could be delivered on Monday, so I replied back yes please deliver on Monday, then suddenly it’s Tuesday. It's not like people take off work for fun. This kind of constant backtracking and lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
Honestly, I don’t understand how this company operates with this level of service. Completely disappointed. C Suite needs to take a look at their operation and get to the root of why you can't get a good review.

I purchased a new Delta shower head assembly from Ferguson, and lost about half of my water pressure. I called and explained the issue and was told they couldn't exchange it, and I was stuck with it. This was mt first and last time I will buy anything from Ferguson!
On-line Customer Service
This review is about their on-lime store and customer service. They sent me the wrong product 3 times! The box said it was the correct hose but the product inside the box was wrong, the same each time. Each time I called (% times over 4 weeks) customer service they said they would get it corrected, but never did. Also, each time I called I was on hold for 15-20 minutes before I could talk with some on. Terrible service. Never got the problem corrected. I decided just to use what they sent, although it's not what I want, it will work. Wil never use them again.

We ordered lighting and the pictures showed small lights in various rooms, so we ordered six lights. These lights belong in a mansion, they are HUGE!! Could never use them in our home. The pictures are really deceiving and we are now out the money because you have to pay for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. NEVER again with this company, never. I really regret even looking at the website. No wonder the lighting g is so cheap, it's horrible.
Held my money for weeks just to cancel the order
Very poor experience. I purchased an item and expected it to ship, but several weeks later received a cancellation notice stating it was out of stock. If an item isn't in stock, it shouldn't be listed as available for purchase. Holding a customer's order for weeks before realizing you don't have the inventory is completely unacceptable.
This was our second debacle with…
This was our second debacle with Ferguson’s. A couple of years back, we ordered a gas cooktop and microwave oven combo. They came out and installed them. The microwave oven worked for about two minutes and started throwing codes. Someone came out, tried to fix it, nothing, had a second person come out and finally said it was unrepairable. A second one was finally delivered and installed, microwave would not work, essentially they had to uninstall and completely rebuild the microwave,
On to problem number two, about two months ago our refrigerator went out. Went back to Ferguson’s, chose a refrigerator and paid for it. Was told it would be here in two weeks, Two weeks came and went, no fridge. No call from the salesman. We called and they said their order was cancelled, reordered it was told it would be here asap. Fast forward four more weeks, Finally got it delivered and it was severely damaged. Was assured they would reorder and it would arrive the following Friday, Friday came, no fridge. We finally said enough and demanded a refund. Horrible company to work with.
They took the payment, won't cancel and can't deliver
I ordered a $3000 cooktop that the website said was in stock. Shortly after I was informed that it was on backorder and wouldn't arrive for about 2 months, which was after I needed it for my kitchen remodel. I called to cancel and they said they will put in a request. The charge was already on my credit card. It is now 2 weeks later and they still haven't cancelled it. My experience from other suppliers is they bill when they ship. I just reached out again and they said they would contact their vendor to see what is going on. They are holding my money with no product being delivered. I know I can go to the credit card company, but this is not the customer service I expected.
Avoid Ferguson Home Tucson at all costs.
If I could give zero stars I would and I urge you to avoid FergusonHome Tucson at all costs. My husband and I are planning to do a major kitchen renovation. I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that “they can only go by the information that is given to them.” I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that “only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products.” I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word “like” three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don’t tell me “Gotcha” like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER.
They simply do not respond.
Ordered a Jacuzzi bathtub for $4,721.25 in late March 2026. A week later, while my order was still pre-shipment, the same item went on sale for $3,424.48 — a $1,297 difference. I emailed customer service that same day asking for a price adjustment. No reply. I followed up a week later. No reply. I escalated to a named representative I'd spoken to earlier about a separate issue. No reply.
Four weeks of silence on a perfectly reasonable, polite, in-writing request made while the order was still in their warehouse and the sale was still active.
Ferguson is within their rights to say no — their terms don't require price adjustments. But ignoring a paying customer entirely, four times across multiple channels, is something else. I'm not angry that the answer was no. I'm leaving this review because the answer was nothing at all.
If you're about to spend a few thousand dollars here, know that if anything goes wrong post-purchase, you may simply not hear back. Plan accordingly.

Called Ferguson Home and the rep was courteous, efficient and effective. Got a new sconce shipped to me free of charge and in a very timely manner.
Terrible company
Terrible company. I placed a $10k order with Ferguson Home for a house we are under construction on and lights were consistently backordered even though they showed as immediately available for shipment. I have called and emailed multiple times and Ferguson Home was unresponsive and could never give me a confirmed date of shipment, which is inexcusable. Very disappointed and I would not recommend them. Poor customer service and responsiveness. I am delayed in my project and need to order elsewhere now.
Delayed project by 2.5 months
The 2.2-star rating for Ferguson Home is justified. I received the wrong door twice, and with four-week delivery times each time, my project was delayed by 2.5 months. I placed my order in early January 2026 and didn’t receive the THIRD correct door until March 24. While I like the door itself, the process was frustrating and inefficient. Other reviews suggest this is a common issue.
Stay Away from Fergusonhome
Ordered a brand name vent hood on 1/29/26, unit arrived damaged. Contacted customer service, sent another unit, it arrived damaged. Contacted customer service again requesting refund and instructions about returning two damaged vent hoods. Was told 7-10 days for money and 2-4weeks for instructions. No refund after 3 weeks, and no instructions after 4 weeks. Contacted customer service again and was sent an email telling me to throw away the units or donate them, and only a verbal agreement that a refund would arrive in 3-5 days. Seven days later - nothing. Filed a report with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. Don't bother with this company, they lie and do not hold up to their documented refund policies.
Worst experience ever
Placed an order on Black Friday, we are well over February, after many calls I just got an email saying that they will ship the order within 10 business days.
Of course I cancelled the order, as the rep that assisted me didn’t even say they were sorry or gave a reason for the delay
Refund not issued
I purchased a central brass soap dispenser, but it was nonfunctional. I contacted customer service to initiate a return, and Ferguson Home provided a label for UPS to collect the item. This occurred prior to Christmas. As of January 13th, I have yet to see the credit reflected on my credit card. I advise others to avoid this company. I am planning to file a complaint with my credit card provider.
Fall from grace
I ordered a substantial amount of products (roughly $60k worth) for a renovation last year and the service was amazing, from design services to delivery. On my current project, nothing is going very smoothly. The follow up has been spotty and slow, I have to had to re-articulate updates to the order over and over again, and one item was substituted for a discontinued item and not brought to my attention. Now, I sit around waiting for a scheduled delivery that I have no idea if it is coming or not. What a stark contrast. I am disappointed.
A Sink that Wasn't Available
I purchased a sink from them that was listed as available and set to arrive within a week. There was never any communication from them, but after sending a query to ShopHouzz, where I made the purchase, I learned on day 6 that the item was now on backorder wouldn't be available for a couple months. Meanwhile, I've been unable to use the bathroom sink. This was a terrible waste of time and effort.
Unrealistic policies that provide a poor experience for customers
When purchasing hardware, it's important to be able to hold it up to the cabinet and compare it with other products you're considering. Ferguson Home and companies like it have policies that don't match the reality of consumers buying their products and evaluating whether they will work for their home. Namely, hardware has to be in it's original packaging (so you can't see what it really looks like when holding it up to a cabinet, especially in different lighting which can really impact how the color of the handle looks on your cabinets). They also require that you pay for shipping to return the item and then charge you for shipping/take additional money out of your refund. The product I returned was in the same condition as when I purchased it and I received 25% of my money back. I recommend buying on Amazon (still be sure to confirm policies for each product) or using a company that better understands its customers.

I paid over $12K for a refrigerator that NEVER ARRIVED even after many weeks. When I try to call them, they don't answer. When I email, they refuse to call me back.
