Hi Nigel,
I’m really sorry to hear about the problems with your delivery and the inconvenience this has caused. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have been on site for two days, only to have the delivery delayed again without a confirmed time.
This isn’t the experience we want our customers to have, and I’m sorry we’ve let you down on this occasion.
Kind regards,
Amy

I have used FH Brundle for many years when I ran my own business. This was this first time I’d ordered something for myself. The price was excellent including delivery-a far better option than going to a garden centre
