They sent me an email to say they never had on in stock, keeping informed with what was happening. They then sorced the correct filter and sent a few days later. Can't ask for much more than that.

I had a difficult time finding an older version filtre bowl at a reasonable price in North America... the one I ordered from FP took only 10 days to arrive at my doorstep in Canada from Australia!

Great service
The Filters Plus team got in contact to discuss availability times and promptly agreed to a request to combine to orders into one to reduced freight. This was service I did not expect from an on-line retailer. I recommend dealing with these guys for hard to find filters for vintage equipment.

Pretty good time overall
Ordered something that turned out to be out of stock, but was quickly offered an equivalent from another manufacturer, which I accepted.
The tracking number didn't work, so I got in touch after a week and it turned out that the code provided was missing a letter.
However, the filter did arrive quickly and appears to be the right one, and it was cheap.
