They sent me an email to say they never had on in stock, keeping informed with what was happening. They then sorced the correct filter and sent a few days later. Can't ask for much more than that.

I had a difficult time finding an older version filtre bowl at a reasonable price in North America... the one I ordered from FP took only 10 days to arrive at my doorstep in Canada from Australia!

WIX filter order…
Ordered four filters on line and the company telephoned me the next day to advise that they only had three on hand and I agreed that they should send these.
A credit for the one not supplied went through the next day and the three ordered arrived a few days later all the way from Western Australia to Tasmania.
The service level throughout this purchase this was very good.

I had ordered early January. I expected the team to still be on holidays. I was amazed to get an email saying, your order is being processed. It arrived right on time, packed very securely.

Service like it was 20 years ago
One of the guys there helped me rectify my own ordering screw-up by finding the correct filter and arranging the return of the incorrect unit at no expense. All without being condescending! That's pretty rare service.
