The smoke seals were good design but…
The smoke seals were good design but unfortunately one of them didn’t stick very well at all and I am expecting a call at some point to go back and address the problem as I don’t think it will stay stuck to the frame
I think it maybe to do with the way they were packed they were rolled up with the sticky side to the inside which resulted in the paper tape delaminating in Areas from the sticky side maybe if they were rolled with the sticky side to the outside this would help as the paper tape doesn’t then come away

Paid for next day delivery Thursday…
Paid for next day delivery Thursday 16th April 2026, package delivered Monday 20th April 2026 containing no materials, requested redelivery to site Tuesday 21st April 2026 , advised delivery would take place prior to midday , email received 14.40 advising delivery is delayed and may/may not happen to borrow, have requested a full refund and will source the material elsewhere , will never order from this company again.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, the issue arose due to a failure within our delivery partner’s network.
Your original consignment was delivered in an unacceptable condition, and despite our immediate action to resend the order, we experienced further service failures and delays outside of our control.

Very helpful support from Alicia and Paul
Very helpful support from Alicia and Paul at Fire and Acoustic Seals on a smoke sealing issue where site conditions limited standard solutions.
Alicia coordinated matters clearly from the outset, and Paul attended in person to review the arrangement and advise on appropriate seal types and orientations, supported by sample products and datasheets. Their input resolved the detailing and significantly reduced the time required to reach a suitable specification.
Communication was prompt and practical throughout, and the level of hands-on support was above what would normally be expected.
Recommended for anyone dealing with similar detailing or retrofit constraints.
A very good experience.

Double order
Double booked fittings due to poor signal. when I realised what had happened I called fire and acoustic seals and spoke with Joanne... lovely phone manner, and very calm. She sorted the situation out there and then..advised how to cancel the doublicate order by simply sending an email with the duplicate order number. Once that was received they issued refund. My original order arrived 3 days later over a bank holiday. Well packaged and undamaged.. will be using them again.

Always a bit nervous buying from a site…
Always a bit nervous buying from a site I hadn't heard of. But was relieved i didn't need to be. Was after a remedy to stop the rain dripping on the sliding door sill, where the renderer did't leave a bell above the 1.8m door. I think this will do the trick as long as the wind doesn't rip it off. Delivery was quick and friendly.

There was a problem with an out of stock item when i placed my order and i received a call almost straight
away from Jon who was very helpful and managed to sort a replacement .
