Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery and fitted just before fire inspector arrived. Only gripe is I thought delviery was expensive.

The seal arrived promptly. We had a query about what we believed to be a missing part but the staff assisted us and all was well. The door seal works efficiently and is of good quality.

Ordering- Trade
We currently hold an account with your company, and I would like to provide feedback regarding the ordering process. The recent removal of online ordering due to being an account holder has made it less convenient for us. I now must call to place orders, which can be challenging during busy periods when we may lose track of our purchases. It would be beneficial if sales representatives had access to our account information, as this would help prevent situations in which we unknowingly exceed our account limit and assume that an order has been successfully placed. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could reassess the delivery costs, as they appear to be quite high. Thank you for considering this feedback, as we value our relationship with your company.
