Excellent service and competitive pricing. Delivery was as promised. The fire looks great, would have been 5 stars but a small number of screws were missing. Didn’t stop the fitting fortunately but will need to complete once screws arrive.
Highly recommend.

Great service and lots of helpful info from Emma at fires2u. Lots of manufacturers are short on stock at the moment and Emma had it all at her fingertips. She was able to suggest which manufacturers fires to look at, then she phoned through and found the one that had a fire actually in stock. Expecting delivery to me in less than a week, so very pleased.

Emma at Fires2u was brilliant. She answered all my questions, and yes I had a few. If the information was not to hand, she called me back straight away as stated. This is how customer service should be

My old electric fire decided not to work, and as we have to have a particular size of fire and fed up & confused with the range of fires on-line I contacted Fires2U with my measurements & they came up with various suggestions for a new fire. I went off on a tangent & asked if a particular fire was suitable, & their advice was that they didn't think it was but contacted the manufacturer for me & confirmed it wasn't. Chose one of their suggestions, & after a 3 week delay due to it being manufactured it was delivered last week. I have been delighted with my dealings with Emma at Fires2U,& it proves that customer service is still alive & well. Would recommend this supplier highly.

I ordered a Flamerite Mercia suite on behalf of my mum. Chris in sales was so helpful and patient with my numerous emails back and forth asking for prices for different models and also arranged a courier so that the fireplace could be delivered to Aberdeenshire. Nothing was too much trouble and he even kept the fireplace until my mum was ready to take delivery of it. The fireplace itself came very well packaged and is absolutely beautiful in my mums living room. Would highly recommend Fires2U!

Good service from Fires2u but the fire a 'Valor heartbeat' has lasted two years it now needs parts and labor that's going to cost half the price again of the fire absolutely unbelievable my father is 83 now he has to go through repair or buying another one, contacted valor for maybe a chance they would help! They couldn't care less, year guarantee that's it, if it was a choice between Valor and nothing I'd go with nothing, save your money and chose another company.
