Worst credit card/bank ever in the history of banks/credit cards
This this company needs to have a direct phone number to reach customer service because their customer service team does not respond to messages that you sent them. They do not help you none whatsoever they lack and communication with their customers because they don’t. Every day I have sent them a message trying to see if anyone can help me with the problem that I have with them and yet no one responds and then I called the number for them and they say write a message to them for a faster response, which is complete bullshit because they don’t reply back this is probably my worst banks that I have ever had in my life and I would not refer them to anybody.

PLEASE DO NOT USE FIRSTCARD!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH FIRSTCARD. They only look out for profit and don't care about their customers. It doesn't make sense to pay a monthly fee to use a "credit card," which is a debit card, since the available credit is the money you deposit. Fraud occurred on my account for a considerable amount, and I reported everything. First card kept me waiting for a long time while they conducted a "supposed investigation," and they never credited my account. They denied my claim, saying they found no fraud and didn't send me the documents used in the investigation showing that I was responsible for those charges. They decided to close my account and I have not received the funds I had in the account before it was closed. They don't answer any calls and take so long to answer emails. Firstcard is lying when it says this card has $0 liability Mastercard fraud coverage since I wasn't offered that coverage. I regret using this card and want to warn everyone about this crappy app.

Great but process to get a card takes weeks so I'd recommend using another provider if you can!

No communication
My account was suddenly suspended on September 24th without any notification. When I reached out, I received a vague response about "investigating" my account due to their security policy. It's now October 9th - 15 days later - and I've heard nothing despite multiple follow-up emails. No explanation, no timeline, no access to my account. Their customer service is non-existent and they've left me completely in the dark. Avoid this firstcard.app and their so called first credit card if you value transparency and actually being able to use your account. Very unprofessional handling of the situation.

If I could give them zero I would. Their website was incapable to process the US address I gave them due to the address on my passport not being in the US (which makes sense since I’m not American …)
Anyway, their “support” was utterly useless. They said it was a glitch which they’d escalated, a week later I had to chase them, they then kept telling me to try again but their website still showed an error and eventually just said my country was not supported. I offered to send them my passport so that they could manually open the account. They ended up ignoring me.

Great Features
This card is excellent for students! It has really helped me manage my budget and avoid overspending. The cashback feature is fantastic, allowing me to earn money back at the stores I frequently visit. I'm excited to continue building my credit with it.
