Great experience with Premier Rewards Banking
We have worked with Samantha Martin at First Tech through the Premier Rewards program for several years now, and have nothing but positive things to say. It is lovely to have a real human who you get to know help you with your banking needs, and be there when you need to call and ask a question.
Most recently, she helped us with the wire transfer process during our first time home-buying process, and advised on money movement best practices in a timely fashion when we were in a crunch franticly trying to figure everything out.
Beyond Samantha's expert assistance, the rates for the premier rewards program are competitive and as remote customers we have been happy with the digital interface. Would definitely recommend the experience to those considering it.

First Tech has been our credit union for more than 38 years. Our representative, Hashim, has guided us very well into accounts that have helped our savings grow. We trust First Federal and find the on-line platform very easy to use.

I needed help with depositing a…
I needed some help with depositing a check which was to arrive while I was out of town for almost a month. I arranged to have it sent to the CU and with the help of Kyle Schulson, it was sent to the right place, deposited expeditiously into the correct account and all was well. Kyle was there for the entire process, coordinating with myself and the person sending the check and was so in a very professional and courteous way. I love giving credit where it's due...it's due Kyle. Thank you and God Bless you and your company!

Great credit union and great service
I have been a member of FirstTechFed for many years and I have always enjoyed the interactions with their staff. If I need to adjust an insurance policy, shop for a new one, or manage my accounts, I know I can get quick help and answers just by sending an email.
I would like to praise Fatima Del Rosario, who has been my main point of contact for several years now, as well as Krista Gardner, Gina McNamee, and Julia Reeves, who helped me with many insurance policy questions and adjustments.
This assistance that FirstTech provides makes a huge positive difference in my banking experience compared to the banks I've used before.
