What a first class experience
We went to Fishpools today to look for a corner sofa & was helped by David Short, what an experience. He knew his stuff, with his interior design eye we ended up buying for every room in the house. Every member of staff working in Fishpools could learn a lot from David. We had an amazing experience and what a guy !!!

Exceptional Service from David – Above & Beyond!
We had such a great experience with David Short at Fishpools. He was incredibly helpful throughout our furniture buying, giving us genuinely useful and honest advice without ever making us feel pressured. He was patient, kind and very professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us every step of the way.
His interior knowledge and advice on colour combinations were especially helpful. With so many different fabrics, colours and options to choose from, it could easily have felt overwhelming, but David made the whole process so much easier and helped us put everything together beautifully.
I’m so happy we found him, and because of the experience we’ve had with David, Fishpools will definitely be our go to place for furniture from now on. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares this much about helping their customers. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable and is a real credit to Fishpools. Two bedside tables were delivered…
Two bedside tables were delivered unpacked and the feet and handles fitted by 2 very friendly professional guys - the delivery was on time and I was updated on delivery. Very impressed with the service and the goods. As usual Fishpools are very efficient and sell very high end goods. I am a loyal customer of Fishpools for very good reason and if I have ever had any issues they have alway been dealt with to my satisfaction. Always recommend this shop.

Top Service By a Top Team
We were looked after by Adrian, who we met with a previous order. We did arrange him ensuring that he was working on the day we visited the store as he was extremely co-operative and helpful previously with us. Adrian spent a lot of time with ensuring that all of our needs were met. Nothing as too much trouble for him as we went through a number of options that we had in terms of colour and formation of our suite. We cannot mark more than 10 out of 10 but felt like a valued customer which is unlike some previous furniture retailers we have used. Highly recommend Fishpools not only for the selling side but also for the excellent delivery process and service.

Low standart delivery services
Low standart delivery services , we are waiting over 4 months and paid fully.
They’ve delayed the container date.
Charged extra delivery charge but still not arranged a date.
They are talking about additional 5 weeks.
No fishpools no again!!
Update
Our delivery has now arrived, but unfortunately the marble top of the TV unit was broken when it was delivered.
We contacted Fishpools about this and have been told that the item is out of stock, but nobody can give us a clear date for when the replacement will arrive.
So unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved and we are still waiting with a damaged TV unit at home. On top of that, some of the responses we have received over the phone have been quite rude and not very helpful.
We are really disappointed with the whole experience. We just want a clear date for the replacement and for this issue to finally be sorted out.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the timescale for your order.
We would, however, like to clarify that following the delay to the incoming container, you advised us that you would be visiting family and were unsure when you would return. At your request, we have therefore agreed to hold your order safely at our warehouse until you are ready to proceed.
Once you return and the outstanding balance has been paid, your order can be released for onward delivery. As discussed, you are aware that this stage can take up to a further three weeks from receipt of payment.

Great communication!
Was kept well informed of delivery timescale, including a telephone call when they were close by. On arrival, very polite, covered the access route to protect my house and cleared away as they worked - absolutely no complaints at all - highly recommend.
