FABULOUS DELIVERY SERVICE
I really don’t mind paying a delivery fee when the delivery service is like this! Excellent customer service and care taken by the very respectful and professional delivery guys. Couldn’t fault them. Great work fishpools 😃

The Best Furniture Shop
Fishpools is a wonderful furniture shop with a great selection to choose from. Even though we don’t live nearby, we knew we had to look there for a dining room suite, as we couldn’t find anything locally.
We weren’t disappointed. With outstanding assistance from David Short, who knew exactly where on the vast shop floor to take us, we found exactly what we wanted. Delivery was held until our refurbishment had been completed. And we had coffees in the cafe in celebration.

Steve and colleague made the whole…
Steve and colleague made the whole experience look so very easy but I know how difficult it can be maneuvering heavy mattresses on the stairs. They completed the job within just a few minutes. They were polite, professional, provided good information, plus they disposed of the old mattress and plastic wrapping. You can't go wrong with these guys. A credit to Fishpools.

Ok where to begin
Ok where to begin. I purchased a dining table and 6 chairs approx 4-5 years ago. Not long after having them the table legs were very badly scratched terrible. Contacted Fishpools visited store no help called manager several times had visits from different staff said it was our fault? Anyway cut long storey manager finally said they would replace the legs oh and I was the only one to complain! Staff came to replace oh I’m the only one this has happened too, they both laughed, we have replaced absolute loads of this table… it’s still happening. Ok the chairs are ripped to shreds now nearly all of them ! Went into Fishpools weekend, told the guy he said oh well if you have had them around 5 years that’s what happends to them WHAT now these chairs are the faux leather type
So be mindful if you fancy the faux leather you can expect them to fall apart around the 4/5 years ?!!!!! Inky wish I could add pictures?
Ok had reply ?? I went into Fishpools as my mum wanted some chairs. I spoke to an assistant mentioned my chairs were all split, he said have you had them about 4 years? Yes. Oh well that’s what happens to faux leather!! What, they don’t tell you that when you are buying them, madam this set will only last 4-5 years I would never have purchased faux leather and got a fabric they is so bad

As you mention, the table and chairs were purchased approximately 4–5 years ago. Furniture will naturally experience wear and tear over an extended period of regular use, and the appearance and longevity of materials can vary depending on usage, care and environmental factors.
We appreciate that this may not be the response you were hoping for, particularly given the previous issue you experienced with the table legs. However, after this length of ownership, deterioration through use would not necessarily indicate a fault with the product.
We do appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that, after several years with your dining set, you have been left disappointed with its current condition.

I’m very happy with the delivery team
I’m very happy with the delivery team. They delivered my furniture on time and handled everything with great care. Protecting my furniture was very important to me, and they did an excellent job of protecting my other furniture and making sure the floor was fully protected during the delivery.
Their professionalism, care, and delivery skills were excellent. I’m extremely pleased with the service and would happily give the team 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Excellent service
Fishpools kept me updated with the progress of our order. The night before the delivery they sent an email with the delivery window. They delivered next morning within the window. The two guys who delivered the furniture were friendly and respectful of our property. They assembled the furniture and removed all the packaging. Overall the experience was excellent and would highly recommend Fishpools.

I am extremely pleased with the service and kindness of the team
I am extremely pleased with the delivery of my table and chair set.
The delivery was made exactly at the time I was told, which was fantastic. I was especially impressed that the delivery team laid mats on the floor to make sure my flooring was protected from any damage. This was such a thoughtful and professional touch.
They also took all the rubbish and packaging away with them, leaving everything clean and tidy. The delivery crew were very kind, polite, and professional throughout. I am very, very pleased with the service and would like to say a big thank you to the delivery team. They did an excellent job, and I really appreciate the care they took.
