My sales rep Gloria spent a great deal of time with me making sure my selection was the correct one for my needs. She was very knowledgeable about the products. The store in the Ellenton Premium Outlets in Florida was awesome, the staff was friendly, and Gloria was a great salesperson.

In-store at Disney Springs is fine - wouldn't call it great (specialists aren't helpful with fittings, same as going to Dick's Sporting Goods or any shoe store), but it's fine. Online experience is why this is a 1 star review, and honestly, would be zero stars if possible.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, only 2 arrived. In the Fedex delivery photos you can see there's only two Fit2Run shoe boxes. Emailed and filled out their text form for customer support- zero response. Called the support line and customer service was insistent they delivered all three pairs and said I needed to wait for a Manager to assist. Waited on hold for over an hour, a "Manager" never joined. Called back, couldn't get through to anyone. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as a scam and trying to get refunded via my credit card company, but under zero circumstances should you order from this company online. 1000% fraud- wish I'd checked for and read the other reviews detailing experiences very similar to my own before ordering from them online :(

I would give them a zero if I could. I placed an order on August 2nd and never heard from them until I got a marketing email and then a notification of refund 3 weeks later. They did not return any of my calls, emails or texts to explain where my purchase was. I can't speak to their storefront business, but believe they're online business is a scam.

Placed order, they charged my card (which is illegal until you ship the order), they waited 4 days then cancelled my order. They never refunded my money, but sent an email saying they did.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered shoes online. Took my money right away. Received an email letting me know the shoes were no longer available. Asked if I wanted to choose something else or receive a refund. Asked for a refund and never heard from them again. I have sent several emails with no response.

Ordered shoes, charged immediately, 2 day Fed Express shipping. 7/31/23 shoes not received as of 8/16/23, called, texted, emailed several times, no response.

Earlier this month I ordered a pair of shoes. They have not shipped and this company does not answer the phone or return emails! It seems like from other reviews and comments on social media, this has happened to several people. Fit2Run, I would like a refund for order: 00024522

I ordered from them because I’ve bought something from one of their stores before. However, I should have read the reviews for this company before ordering. Like many have said, they took my money and gave me an order number, but I never received a shipping confirmation and two weeks later after several phone calls, emails and texts I never received a reply or the shoes. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

very bad company. bought 2 caps. but only shipped one to me.contacted them more then ten times. but got NO response.

I ordered 2 weeks ago a running cup, no response at all for the shipping date. I want to cancel it, and no answer of phone calls or emails. Really? 2 weeks to delivery a running cup? still waiting for a refund. This company is a scam. Buyers beware.

Buyer Beware! Terrible Company, horrible Customer service not prompt at all. Placed an order for sneakers 10 days ago no update on shipping yet my credit card was charged!

Went to the Sarasota Utc mall to get new running shoes for my husband and my self. The people there working have no interest in being there. I had better customer service for cheap running shoes at rack room than I had with this store. What company let’s there employees let people willing to spend 200 bucks each on sneakers leave the store 🤦‍♀️

My son and my wife have bought shoes here and suggested I go there and quit buying discount shoes.
So I found the store in the mall and I have to say that it’s the first time that someone has accurately measured my feet and my gait.
The clerk brought out three pairs that matched my profile. Each one I tried on and walked around their inside track to determine the best pair.
I bought the most comfortable shoe that I’ve ever worn. And it’s the first time that someone has adjusted my size and width properly. They weren’t the cheapest store but why compromise your feet.
Definitely impressed. I also bought a dry fit shirt and shorts.
Very pleased with this transaction.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! I ordered shoes 07/05. They charged my card same day. I have yet to receive an email. I have tried calling, texting, emailing; no response. I sat on hold for over 40 mins to get to a voicemail. I will be calling my bank to cancel the charge. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Confirmed and Charged for my Order that NEVER SHIPPED , an Never any Body answer an email text or call ,Zero Customer Service

Ordered shoes, payment taken immediately. 1 week later I got an email saying their system was down and to give them an extra 3-5 business days. 2 weeks later got an email saying the order was cancelled. Almost a month later still no refund of my money. Customer service does not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I ordered tee shirts. When I go into my account, my order is pending. I have requested an update on the delivery date 3 times. I have not received any response from Fit2Run customer service.
I also went to the local Fit2Run store in downtown Sarasota to see if they had a contact at Fit2Run corporate. They said they couldn't help me with my issue and they are getting alot of customer calls about the same type of poor customer service.

The one thing that Fit2Run is good at is Charging Your Credit Card. That was almost immediate after the order was placed

Twice I was told my shoes were out of stock and no refund was issued. Horrible scammers, do not buy from them. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes. They cancelled my ordered and didn’t refund my money. Customer service will not respond. This company is a scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered sneakers 6/2/2023, payment given, order acknowledged, then nothing. No responses to multiple e-mails, text. Calling is a waste of time, 2 hours 41 minutes then disconnected, today 2 hours 10 minutes. More of a scam than a legitimate business.
