Been with them since April no issues…

Been with them since April no issues very helpful delivery on time though it's a bit of a problem getting hold of doctors then back to fitleworth then delivery can take 10 days or more so it's a must to order early

All going good with DPD deliveries now…

All going good with DPD deliveries now all of a sudden they change to DHL which don’t give you any notifications only on the day, received a text to say delivery out today between 12-1 it’s 5pm now no sign of dhl when I track still showing my delivery is next been showing since morning the same awful just wasting time waiting around.

Used to be top company

Used to be top company. Problem with new courier company which has been reported twice. Asked for answer twice. Took time to submit photographs of problem, however absolutely no contact with a person apart from bot generated message. Training obviously required in customer service,or perhaps a couldn’t care less attitude to problems.

Will I stay ??

I have been with Fittleworth for 8 years now. Mainly things have been good but just lately I’ve been having some issues. For about 4 months now my order has arrived incorrectly, every month I chase it up, which is very annoying. Hopefully it will be right this month !!!
Mostly the people on the phone are good, sometimes I have a bit of a problem with understanding them, I know they are from India but some are so hard to understand.
I see you are changing deliveries to DHL instead of DPD, I have found DPD the best on the market, we will see.
Hopefully I can sort out my order and continue to do business with Fittleworth, although lately I have been tempted to move to another supplier, let’s see how we go.

Excellent Service…

I have dealt with Fittleworth now for a considerable time. The service is always as agreed and the staff are pleasant and always helpful .
I get the supplies on the date agreed and delivered to my door. I am kept up to date with delivery and over the years hardly ever an issue.

After an appointment with a stoma nurse…

After an appointment with a stoma nurse it was agreed to try a certain type of bag to suit my body curves, ten bags arrived 7 days later in a box that had been thrown together and sellotaped with stoma bags inside, every bag was damaged/burst or ripped. My partner and daughter independently sent photos to fittleworth along with complaint, my daughter was assured by reply this would be dealt with along with apology. This was 12 days ago and still no delivery or apologies to me, I class this as neglect and I am now in process of getting appointment with ombudsman.

The cutting of the Pouches leaves a lot to be desired.

I used to get the pouches cut and usually these were rarely correct, but a little trimming usually rectified this, things really started to go wrong once a member of the community team got involved and this person single handedly caused so many problems it was incredible.
She was clearly out of her depth or did not thoroughly understand the clients she was working on behalf, things got so bad that now I have my products uncut due to the incompetence of this staff member.

Fittleworth = Fit For Purpose

I have been ordering my medical supplies from Fittleworth for almost two years now. They are the only supplier I have ever used. On the whole everything works really well with them. It took me a little while to get used to the system and to set up an account for ordering online but that’s all now working smoothly and the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cost cutting

Although generally proactive and helpful, Fittleworth have recently started limiting their complimentary (but contractually obligatory) stoma products. Limited to 120 dry wipes per 90 pouches. I’d like whoever started this policy to limit themselves to one (occasionally two) sheets of toilet paper while they sit down and ponder if the saving is worthwhile. Other providers are available.

If you feel you require more than the amount provided, please speak with your Stoma Care Nurse and ask them to let us know that additional items are medically required.
