I do not recommend this bookmaker it's one of the worst sites put there.
Just trying to place a bet and it was spinning..site went down a few minutes at the exact moment trying to place my £10 bet.. no idea if bet was placed or not.. the horse wins and I am now back in the site to see my bet wasn't placed so even though it was only 30 pound winnings lost.. in this case it was the principle.. incompetence at its very best

One big huge fricking scam the games are rigged beyond belief they say they are London based and nothing to do with these overseas criminals yet I find out that they have their main people pulling all the strings from Gibraltar. They have stolen £3k from my bank account and when I questioned the legitimacy of these manipulated games and I was going to contact my bank to get this look into they then suspended my account to stop me getting vital information for my case. These fricking parasites need to be terminated and the day some fricking psychopath gets robbed and decides to take matters into their own hands I'll be there giving them a standing ovation....

I do not trust this site. They offered a free bet and wouldn’t release money by bank transfer unless you provide card details. Fishy!!!

Say they offer best odds guaranteed but that is only if you supplier more ID, it’s in there T&C’s apparently! I also had a bet on Hamilton in the f1 and came second but was given the race 2 hours are the result. They wouldn’t pay out, also in t&c’s. Another one was England to qualify and Kane to score a header. Kane scores harder in extra time and England qualify, no pay out as the header had to be in 9” minutes, guess what, yes in t&c’s. The worst betting experience ever!!!

Another casino that gives you one small win and then takes five times as much of your money! a gang of criminals under the legal law of ordinary Russian thieves !

What sort of betting company does site maintenance on Epsom Derby day. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now but they keep doing site maintenance when big race meetings are on. Will be withdrawing my money as soon as I can gain access and using another company.

From amazing service, to the most shocking, awful service I’ve received.

I was faced with a glitch via the sportsbook which was causing some bets to duplicate and place twice.
As you can imagine this was not ideal, I reached out to Fitzdares customer service several times, and they are refusing to sort this issue out, or even let me know if the glitch has since been sorted (as I asked to be updated so I can continue using their sports book instead of Betfred)

My service has been a delight all the way up until this past month, it’s took a huge dive and people simply don’t get back to you, I am a good customer with over -£5000 net deposit and they simply do not care.

One of the best you can talk with a human being excellent 👌

What a site, tbh it's a great site won a few times money in account within the hour, bit slower on a weekend but still no problems as of yet. Few glitches on some slots but it shows u the win before you win.

Not tried out customs service yet so can't comment on that.

The bad reviews must be people who has lost and are angry 😠

Really stupid site won money last year that was recieved without issue but now they saying I can't come back lol makes you think they don't really want you to win and when you do they shut account down stay well away

So, I actually thought this was a decent site. But if you are really quick and look at your deposit in the top right corner, it shows what win overall you will get (or lose) before the reels stop spinning 🥴, so if your playing a game where it keeps dropping win lines you know before they have dropped what overall win you will get before the game drops the line in. THIS CANT BE LEGIT .
I Actually now feel robbed. Don't mind losing I know it's gambling but surely this can't be fair ???

Completely scam don’t even try look at it it’s this is how u can lost all money and never win after u will list 10000 maybe then u will win 50 pound because all the time I win bonus round for 2 pound stake I can’t win more then 24 pound and no matter which game I’m played because all game same crap fix up

First class. Found them 20 years too late of course but I would say, having bet with every leading bookmaker over the last 45 years....right now these guys are the number one by a mile.

I could write a long rambling review. But there is a consistent theme. Lack of trust and changing the rules as they go along. In my case they used safer gambling “rules” to consciously change the basis of a bet, whilst it was still running !!! Add in a customer service team whom seem to think the situation was funny and no apparent route of escalation. Bets win and lose, that’s fine and part of the game. changing the basis of a bet isn’t. Chastising your customers about it also isn’t fine. This all started because they wanted documents (which I wouldn’t trust them with) within three days and then used the basis of a “suspended account” as a way to not honour open bets. It is like using a back street bookies from the 1950’s.

Make up your own mind, but any kind of dispute will be like trying to reason with a 5 year old.
