I closed my account as you hardly get many wins and when you do it's little ones hardly any big wins there are hardly any bonuses considering the amount put on (not saying want big wins all the time but occasionally would be nice) when I closed my account there was no sorry to hear that or anything just account be closed as requested would not recommend this site at all

Not even worth 1 star, winning on these slots is nothing like other sites, it’s disgraceful, definitely not about luck at all. Must have spent about £500, only to be told I wasn’t eligible for the 10% bonus, not that it mattered I obviously wasn’t going to win with that anyway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Awful customer service that alex on the chat is RUDE was told couldn’t receive my free bet as 24 hours has passed lies….. my advice to any one wanting a new betting site is use different one I’ve gambled for many years and this is in the top 5 of my worse sites !!!! Fitzdares make you laugh by sponsorship in big meetings they are ran by a set of roques, won 1200 pound off 150 quid instead of paying out they closed my account down n give me my 150 quid back and there own customer service team review them to get there ratings up

Iv played £160 since dec and not won a penny so we will see I don’t play it a lot as like to get the feel of a company first before I play more so time will tell

I've joined Fitzdares and I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Hopefully it continues in this manner.

Slot games never do anything! RTP is not right! Suppose to have fun with slots but there's nothing fun about playing here, might aswel just post them cash and skip playing as it will send you into a deep sleep 😴

The site is a complete sham. If you watch your bank instead of the game you can see if you are going to win even before the reels stop. The worst site I have played, please heed my advice.

I played on this site many times for weeks now. I’m amazed that you never win here . Slots are the worsts. If you spent 1k you might get back 200 at the best scenario
Very slow Withdraws. You have to wait 3-4 days.

Quite poor for withdrawal had to wait 2 days for pending as weekend and 5 days later still not clear in my bank

Recently opened account and so far so good, returned winnings to bank very quickly also got my £50 free bet and 10 spins the next day but then I got a message asking for personal sensitive documents ie. Copy of driving licence and registered bank card which I didn't mind BUT then informed me they may want bank statements and also where I get my money from and this is a DEFINITE NO NO NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
But I will give them the benefit of doubt and stay with them until they ask for this information but REFERENCE THE GAMBLING COMMISSION THEY ARE KILLING THE FUN AND ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

I joined even tho I’m on gamstop. It allowed me. After I won; they suspended my account.
They rang me asking how much I’d be happy to spend. I told them and as I’d hit that they were putting a limit on. They did not and continued to let me deposit a lot then blocked my account.
Disgusting.

I really wish I read the reviews beforehand. I’ve sent a letter to my local mp as these sites need shutting down. No way on earth is it fair play I can take a loss but never to get anything is absurd.
