I paid for a product via woolworths and they didn't have it in stock. They sent me a message to ask whether I would like an alternative product sent. I wrote back that I didn't. Looks like this is a scam

I paid for a product and they didn't have it in stock. They sent me a message to ask whether I would like an alternative product sent. I wrote back that I didn't and that I would like to cancel my order. They then went and sent me a much inferior product anyway. This is very irritating and it means I either am stuck with the inferior product or I have to go through all the hassle of sending it back.

This is a scam company. I got scammed ordered something and never received it!!!😡😡😡😡

Slow as hell delivery's, I'm still waiting and doubting the product will arrive at all.

For my 1st experience this company "Flash trend" very impressive .I order SanDisk extreme pro 128gb. 15 of January 2025 if I'm correct arrived 17 of january.the packaging was extremely excellent I'm very happy what I purchased in this company.i highly recommend this company to my friends and my family...

First purchase with Flashtrend and it was very positive. Purchased 3 Samsung 64gb micro cards and they arrived in a week. Already in use and functioning well.

WARNING: Flashtrend sells fake SD cards, they will work fine at first and even appear to show the correct size and model you purchased but this is fake data, they will fail as soon as you copy over their real size (mine was 9-10gb on an advertised 400gb drive), this is a common industry scam, please use a tool like ValiDrive to verify your flash drive if you purchased one

Ordered express, provided with a fake tracking number and item wasn't even sent !

You may read positive reviews - but be warned if you are one of the unlucky ones to receive a faulty product. They ship a Purple WD HDD in loose bubble wrap, not even in OEM packaging - then take no accountability whatsoever when the product fails within a week. They even told me to contact WD myself, rather than take responsibility for their own faulty product. This was a $300 HDD. Please avoid these guys. I am still fighting this issue and want to try and prevent others being in this same, unfortunate situation.

Almost two weeks later and NOTHING. Took my money but havent posted my order. Have not heard from the company either. Avoid

Since my first order with Flash Trend last year, I just keep coming back. If they stock whatever you're after, then it's the best place to buy it I say. Their prices are better than any other retailer or online store I've found and they're super quick to get your order to you. Add that to great communication and updates every step of the way and I'm not needing to trawl for other deals. These guys are THE BEST!

It's a pity all vendors do not conduct their business the way Flash Trend does. Order arrived promptly and communication was first class I even received a text message after it was delivered to ask if everything was satisfactory. You can't ask for more than that.

shocked to find out i bought item from ( china free delivery )is quicker then this company !!! expect take weeks to receive your items from Flashtrend

They deal in dodgy memory cards - flashed to the incorrect size.. I ordered my 1tb micro sd card, half the price of RRP, figured it looked like a good tax time deal. unfortunately once recieved it was faulty. I tried to format on multiple devices, could only add some files to it and could not delete files if I managed to get them on it. performance of the card was also slow. logged call with flash and they advised to send it back. They receive card and say the write lock is on and they are sending back, I ask them to check that as I had tried that in my own troubleshooting. No reply a week or so later I just get an email with a tracking number. I get card back and what do you know, it still doesnt work.. I email them no reply, I email them again no reply. Please if your thinking about buying tech I would be thinking of somewhere else more reliable... RedDot or something.

On Wednesday 27th April 2022 I purchased a SanDisk Ultra CZ48 64GB USB Flash Drive for $15.95 so I could transfer heaps of Videos to Digital for my friends and family. It came the next day, which was impressive because I wasn't expecting it until the following Tuesday.

Great customer service. Flashtrend knew exactly what I needed and I manage to get my SD cards delivered pretty quickly. Even quicker than Amazon!

I purchased a Life Proof phone case for my phone which cost me approx $40 plus shipping. Within a week the buttons for the volume fell off and then strips of plastic started coming away from the case. I took photos and explained what had happened to Flashtrend and asked if they could replace the phone case as it must have been faulty. Flashtrend replied saying ‘no - I should have contacted them sooner’ even though I contacted them as soon as it happened. I emailed them two more times saying the right thing to do would be to replace the phone case or give me a refund but they did not respond to either email. I would never use this company again to buy anything.
