My order was never sent

My order was never sent. I have sent numerous emails and haven't received any replies. It is now a month after I placed and paid for my order. Concerning to say the least!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I purchased a tablet before Christmas through the Bunnings Marketplace from the seller Veloreo. They advised the item had been dispatched and provided a tracking number via the Bunnings system, however the tracking number did not exist.

I contacted Veloreo multiple times and was repeatedly told the tracking would “update closer to delivery.” After more than 20 days with no movement, I contacted them again and was offered either a refund or a replacement. As I required the item, I requested a replacement and this was confirmed by the seller.

Three days later I received another email stating the item was not in stock and that a refund would be issued instead. This strongly suggests the item was never in stock in the first place.

Communication was only possible through the Bunnings Marketplace messaging system, and all responses came from no-reply addresses, making the process feel evasive and unaccountable.

This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this seller. If I could rate less than one star I would.

Faulty Product - No Customer Service

Purchased Samsung Bud3 earbuds from Veloreo via Amazon.com.au. They are faulty, left bud doesn't work or even register on the APP, they were 3 months old. Have messaged Veloreo repeatedly, no response. As I was sold Samsung Bud3 earbuds that are not Australian (overseas version), even though I made my purchase via Amazon Australian and Veloreo are a Australian company, Samsung Australia is unable to assist with the faulty product. Amazon refers me back to the supplier Veloreo. Literally been sold a dud product with no customer service from Veloreo. Terrible service. Ignoring customers is not the way to run a business.

A really bad experience

I made a purchase and they said on their offer it took 4-8 business days to arrive but after two weeks I didn't have any news about the order. I sent emails asking about the situation and never have any answer. Now I'm waiting for my refund

Have sent email and phone messages - NO RESPONSE.
Worst online company I have dealt with.

Ordered three SD card and only 2 came I emailed them numerous times for updates they replied saying we might have accidentally missed it and will send a replacement but nothing after that no email about tracking or them sending it sketchy do not trust this website if I really want to probs order through Bunnings might be abit safer but doubt it
