Bad experience
Absolutely appalled by the account management team. Sent information to them on 5th September to terminate a vehicle contract, 3 weeks later they haven't actioned it, not answering calls and not responding to emails. Completely unacceptable. Still trying to get the vehicle return some 5 weeks later. Can't wait until it's gone and we will be going elsewhere to lease our company vehicles.

Lots to consider when making a change to my vehicle, especially as its my first EV, Sam was very helpful from the start, gave me enough information and allowed me time without any pressure to make a decision.

Awkward system, saved by service. people beat technology!
The entire set up and clarity etc is extremely troublesome and seems to be harder than it should be.
The reason for the 4 stars, is purely down to the service from Tracy Flynn. Extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble and kept me in the loop each step.
