We were helped by Ms Jenni Lee Brits. She was a good agent and very professional and immediately did our bookings. Ms Brits confirmed our flights, bookings, flights and tranfers immediately and very efficient. We would recommend anyone who wants to travel anywhere to use the services of Ms Brits.

Going the extra mile
Had such a great interaction and experience with Shelva Francis from Flight Centre Kimberley, figuring out flight, accommodation and excursion / tour details for a trip to the UK. Shelva was patient, sought out all possible options, and communicated with me based on my budget requests. Would recommend their services any day - thank you, Shelva!

Shelva Francis was more than amazing
Shelva Francis was more than amazing. She went beyond the call of duty from the beginning of the booking to the end of the trip. She communicated every detail and also advised us on the best products that we could get. She is well organised and very meticulous. We never experienced and difficulties starting from when we boarded in JHB to Singapore. The transfers agency that she chose for us was also exceptional. Anytime you call or send a message, she responds promptly. I am looking forward to out next trip organised by her❤️💕

Shelva is excellent when it comes to customer satisfaction. When dates and price had to be reviewed, she timeously gave feedback with revised quote.
In future should I need any other service from Flight Centre, I will liase with her for assistance even though she is in another province.

Mauritius holiday
Shelva Francis assisted us to make a decision on which holiday option to choose as Mauritius has so many! She was very patient with my endless questions and quotes for so many places. She did all our online check-ins, so I had everything on my phone when needed. It was a stress free experience and we could just relax!
