Vonique Greeves handled our booking to Shanghai and Phuket.
Vonique Greeves handled our booking with exceptional professionalism. From "coding" to eventually finding flights that matched our needs and budget and then changing the accommodation in Phuket as per our request without hesitation, until we finally agreed on the itinerary. We had to cancel flying through Doha and switch to Cathay Pacific which was dealt with ease.
She sent us emails and WhatsApp messages to check on us when we arrived in Shanghai, to confirm our transfers from the hotel in Phuket to the airport and once we arrived back in SA.
Truly remarkable support which was totally unexpected.

My name is Nokwanda. My experience with Flight Centre has been nothing but the best,I have used flight Centre the Glen for many years now moved to Omni Square Bassonia. I fly across the entire world and I do not trust anyone to book me the best but flight Centre.Precious Mashabela always books me my flights and hotels across the world. She is patient, friendly, professional, always available when I need her and always makes sure even when I arrived to my destination to check up on me interns of how my travel journey was. She goes above and beyond my expectations. The team as a whole is amazing. Thank you Flight Centre.

I wanted a specific service and i called one of the Branches in DBN and the lady just said no they dont offer it.. I then said let me call a branch in JHB and i called the Branch at the Glen and i was assisted by the most amazing person ever Precious Mashabela. She did not know about the service i wanted BUT she did not just turn me away. She took my details found out more, did her research and assisted me and i got the service i wanted. I think that is not just a 5 star service is it a 5000 star service and even above. She went above and beyond. Updating me every step of the way on the Progress. Precious your name says it all you are an asset to Flight Centre and you have made me one happy client. I always went through other flight agencies but you have won me. All my business going forward is yours...
