We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kanyisa Tuswa from Flight Centre in Worcester, Western Cape.

When we first approached her, we were hoping to book a trip to Zanzibar. Instead of simply selling us what we initially wanted, Kanyisa took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She honestly explained that, at the time, Zanzibar didn't offer the best all-inclusive package for our budget and expectations. She recommended Mauritius instead, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for our very first international holiday.

From the beginning, Kanyisa was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible experience. What stood out most was how excited she was for us. Every time we saw her at the shopping centre, she would remember us, ask about our trip, and recall all the little details we had shared—even though she was helping many other clients at the same time.
